spring-boot-maven-plugin: start does not recognize that app has already started

I'm trying to use the spring-boot-maven-plugin for integration tests like documented, but I always get 'Spring application did not start before the configured timeout'. However, using 'fork=false' spring server app is saying:

Integration test of spring stream failed after update to Greenwich

I just upgraded spring boot to 2.1.0.RELEASE and spring cloud stream to Greenwich.SR1.
I have an integration test which autowires MessageCollector, but the context fails to load because there is already a binder created in KafkaBinderConfiguration.

Migration from Spring 3.1.9 to Spring 4.3.9

I am doing a migration
Java7 to Java8
Jboss AS 7.1.1Final to Wildfly 10
Spring 3.1.9 to Spring 4.3.9
All the compilation error has been fixed . At runtime , I am getting below exception....
