How to create minimize and maximize button in vuetify dialog box? - vuetify.js

I want to create a dialog box like the Gmail compose dialog box in vuetify and vuejs that can enable the user to minimize and maximize the dialog box and access the other component without closing the dialog box. Help me to find that solution.

VSTO Outlook: Outlook does not maintain the position of a custom button within the ribbon menu

I have a custom button that I place in the ribbon menu but what I observe is that sometimes the button is visible and sometimes not, it depends on the size of the explorer and compose windows. If you resize to a smaller size it is not visible and if you resize to a bigger size it is visible. It only happens in simplified view but not in classic. So in simplified view it seems Outlook decides which buttons are being shown and which not based on a criteria that I don't know, maybe on the space available in the ribbon menu which in turn depends on the size of the window?
Anyway, If I click on commands bar button ("..." three dots button) at the end of the ribbon menu and then from that menu I do a mouse right click on my button and select "Pin to ribbon" for it, then my button is always visible in the ribbon menu regardless of if the view is classic or simpified or even if window is resized to any size.
Is there any way programmatically to indicate Outlook to always show my button in the ribbon menu?
No, the Outlook extensibility model (nor the Fluent UI) doesn't provide anything for that. You may try using RegMon for Windows to track windows registry changes in case if Outlook keeps such preferences there.

Delphi - How to programmatically make a modal dialog react like an event similar clicking on the background form

In our application, a modal dialog is shown that the user needs to confirm/close before other interaction is possible/allowed. This dialog is a self-implemented form, so can be adjusted to our needs.
An external event (in our case: a scan from a manual barcode scanner) provides input for the application. When the dialog is in front of the application, I would like to inform the user the scan/input is not processed. An idea is to simulate the behaviour that happens when clicking the form in the background of the modal dialog. By default, Windows then lets the dialog borders 'flash' and a sound is heard ('bonk' sound as described here: Delphi - How do you generate an event when a user clicks outside modal dialog?).
My question is:
Is it possible to programmatically simulate that behaviour, in order
to let user know the dialog has to be closed first?
Additional question: is this proper UI handling or should the dialog itself display an additional info text (e.g. as a footer text) instead of just 'flash'. I like to avoid displaying another modal dialog on top of the first one; to me that not seem best practice as well.
Thank you for any feedback/solution.
Use the FlashWindow or FlashWindowEx functions to achieve this.

Windows Phone 8: Display on screen softkeyboard after pressing a button on screen in WP8

I am implementing search functionality on a given list, and the requirement is: right at the moment while search button is pressed the search textbox will be focused and the onscreen softkeyboard will be available. Creating focus is easy but Any idea guys how could display the onscreen keybard?
I am not aware of any way to control the onscreen keyboard. I think the only way it is displayed is when the user clicks on control like a textbox

How to enable scrolling when input panel is open in windows phone 7

I am developing an application for windowns phone 7. On the screen I have 4-5 text boxes and at the end I have created one button. Now when I enter data for first text box, input panel gets opened. Now unless and until I close the panel, I can not scroll further. I want the functaniolality that even when the panel is open I can scroll and can click the last button.
Note: I am creating all the controls at runtime. Controls are not created by drag and drop the control from tool box.
Put controls into ScrollViewer. When TextBoxex will be in scroll panel, you can scroll them up and down without closing a SIP.
