In windows 10 home I want to use 2 monitors with 1 or 2 desktops.
As when we use extent 1 monitor has the desktop icons and the other has only the taskbar and we can only drag the things to that screen.
Is that possible that I can give the whole access to both of the monitors?

Quick Answer - No.
You cannot (as of right now) run two virtual desktops on two screens.
But, with a quick Google search I have found some 3rd party solutions that can virtualize this feature.
Other than that - you can Right click on the Taskbar and enter to Taskbar Settings - there you can find a few other Settings (for both the taskbar and the icons) that might help you achieve something close to you original request.

I have windows 10 installed. I open many application at once for my work and I can access then form my task bar. Task is at right side of the screen but it do not show all the icons at once instead it show a scroll bar. I have increased the width of taskbar still it is not showing all icons. Is there any other setting needs to be changed?
Please refer screenshot below.
The answer is: no, you cannot - at least not for the application icons pinned directly to the taskbar. If you add another symbols folder to the task bar, then you can do this, see:

I never used a vertical taskbar before on Windows (maybe you come from Ubuntu Unity desktop?), but I just tried the idea from the first link and it works. Here is a screenshot from my experiment:
In combination with small taskbar symbols you could achieve a more compact view.
Another option is to deactivate the title (here: "Desktop") and symbol titles for the taskbar folder, then it looks like this:

I am going to run a script in cmd on a multi-monitor (multi-screen) computer with two monitors. In this script, I will call and run another program. One of these monitors is located in another room. (Let us call it monitor number 0). These two screens are in extended mode. Extending monitors means that your computer interprets the monitors that you are extending as separate devices. You can see different things on each monitor, and your desktop background is displayed on each monitor.
The problem is that this program will show on the monitor number 0 (which I cannot see the results). In fact, I want to see the output on my own screen.
So, the question is that why everything shows on monitor number 0 and how I can tell to powershell/cmd to show the result on monitor number 1.
Maybe, you can find your answer here.

My laptop's screen stopped working suddenly. I connected another display to the laptop using HDMI. How can I mirror/duplicate to extended display with keyboard shortcut only, as current screen is not working. Then I can look into the issues.
OS: windows 10
Thanks.
Hold Windows key, P to show dialog of mode selection, then P again to switch mode and release Windows key. This way you'll cycle modes, eventyally getting to projector mode.

Pressing the middle mouse button (or scrollwheel) in many apps allows the user to scroll in the display area by moving the mouse without holding any button.
What is this mode called? What is the name of the icon which appears in the application to indicate this mode is active?
This seems to be referred to as "auto scroll" by various sources. I suspect it is an application level feature as the icons for the 3 major browsers are all different (on Windows 7).
