Play Console: stuck on "Ready to Publish" - google-play-console

I uploaded my android appbundle to Play Console in internal testing and then promoted it to production. Now I have this:
I have tried my best to proceed further but I couldn't find any button like "Review the release" or "Publish now" etc. It's my first time I tried to promote it from an internal test to production.

I accidentally turned Managed publishing on and I found my retained release in Publishing overview on the left drawer in Play Console and published it from there.
if you want to turn it off, just click on Manage and then Managed Publishing Off.

Try this
1. Go to Dashboard and click on 'Go to publishing overview'
2. After that click on 'Send for Review'

I don't see the "Send for Review" button in the "Publishing overview" screen. I am an Admin in the account.
When I copied the URL and opened it in a new browser tab, the magical blue button appeared.

You must let us know whether your app is a COVID-19 contact tracing or status app on App on Play Store

I want to publish the app to Play Store. But when reviewing the release I got an error like this. But there is no solution or documentation to read more about the error.
Click on Policy -> App content in the Google Play Console (at the bottom of the left menu).
In your browser, you should have a URL like:
https://play.google.com/console/u/0/developers/.../app/.../app-content/summary
Remove summary from the URL, and paste regulated-health-apps instead.
You should see a form like:
Select the appropriate checkbox(es), save that form, and publish your app again.
On Play console, We require to declare that whether our app is related to Covid-19 or not.
Official Guide
Go to the App content page (Policy > App content) in Play Console, and provide the required information in the "COVID-19 contact tracing and status apps" section.
Click on the "App Content" link in the Google Play console.
Click on COVID-19 contact tracing and status apps
Select the third and last option and then click on "Save" at the bottom right corner.

Google Play Store App: getting reviewed without publishing

I am trying to launch an app onto the Google Play Store.
However I want to avoid actually launching it, but still get it reviewed so that it can be published (without any changes) at a later date. This would avoid another review once I actually want it published and available to download.
Is there any way to achieve this?
I have already gone through the process of Internal/Beta.. testing.
in google play console when you are inside your app
in the left manu bar click on the Publishing overview tab
then on the right side of the screen click on turn on managed publishing,
then select if you want to manually publish or leave it in auto publish mode.

I can't unpublish my Google play app. Unpublish button is not working for me

I have an app in my google play console account. Now want unpublished from play console. From the console in advance setting I found an option called unpublished. but that option is not working. I can't click on that unpublish radio button. What can I do for that? I am attaching a snippet of that page.
Besides the regular feedback Google gives you on what you need to have checked in order to be able to unpublish, one other key thing I found is that you need "Managed publishing" to be turned off. You can do that in the "Publishing overview" section.

Can't publish initial build of app in Google Play Console

When I try to publish a release in the Google Play Console, I constantly get this error:
Your app cannot be published yet. Complete the steps listed on the Dashboard.
And yes, I have indeed completed all the steps listed in the dashboard. I am using the new Play Console Beta, this is possibly related. What do I need to do before I can publish a release? Is there a hidden step?
After some searching, I found the button 'Use classic Play Console'. Apparently there are some steps to be finished that are simply not visible in the Beta:
Click on Use classic Play Console
Go to Pricing & distribution
Check the Content guidelines checkmark
Check the US export laws checkmark
Press Save draft
And you're good to go!
I had that problem and fix it. the problem caused by google console because they added one additional task in the app content about wither your app is consider a news app or not. so go to the inbox in your app and you will find that message from google click and you will be leaded to the content that you should fill. I hope that help any one having that issue.
I also had this problem. It was regarding setting your app as free from the App Pricing section as my application was free. So after setting that, I released my app.

Resubmit an app to Google Play

I'm trying to resubmit an app to Google Play, but I can seem to find a way, technically to do so.
I have answered yes to "Is your app primarily directed towards children under the age of 13 as defined by COPPA?", and then there are different things to edit in different pages.
The problem is that there isn't a save button, only "RESUBMIT APP". So when I'm navigating between the different pages, I cannot find a way to save the changes:
Google Play listing has been modified. Do you want to leave without saving?
Resubmit app button doesn't work as well, as there are still errors.
I need to update the privacy policy url, content rating and check the "Designed for Families" checkbox.
Did anyone encounter something similar and knows how it can be resolved?
A possible way to resubmit a rejected update
• Sign in at Google Play Console.
• Select your app for resubmission.
• Go to "Store presence" > "Main store listing".
• Make a minor change at the store listing to activate "Save" button. For example, add a space after app title or description.
• Click "Save" (after saving you may undo your minor change and click "Save" button again).
• Go to the rejected update and click "Send for review" button.
Done.
I found the solutions to this Problem.
Steps to follow
Under Pricing and Distribution, check "No" to "Primarily Child-Directed" and click on "RESUBMIT APP".
Then go to "Store listing" and give your privacy and policy URL and click on "RESUBMIT APP".
Now go to Pricing and Distribution, check "Yes" to "Primarily Child-Directed".
Click on "Opt in to Designed" for Families" and click on "RESUBMIT APP".
Now you are good to go.
App will be published within an hour.
go to "Store listing" and click on "RESUBMIT APP"
Now "RESUBMIT APP", will be disabled and grey, so, There will be questions asked such as price, does app contains ads or not, so select yes if you previously selected no and vice versa, now that resubmit button would be blue, and then change back to original settings of yes or no and click on resubmit app, it will show rejected on dashboard, but on clicking on app, you will see status of processing under rejected, confirming that app has been resubmitted.
As of 10/1/2020, it would appear access to the Resubmit App action is managed via the Publishing Overview > Managed Publishing Status option which is set to "automatic" by default.
My understanding is that the "automatic" setting will automatically resubmit any updates.
I had an app get flagged and, even after the automatic update/resubmit I was still seeing all the flag warning messages. Very confusing IMO.
Our app got rejected due to misleading claims policy then I fixed that issue and few minutes later automatically got this " Update in Review" card in app dashboard.
Next day app is successfully released. Make sure this publishing status automatic
Today the only way is generate a new App Bundle updating the versionCode and upload it again.
On the left pane, scroll up to Publishing Overview here. Then click on Send for review. Make sure you have fixed the issues sent to you by mail.
