This thread is waiting for 0x00000007069372a0 which I could not find any reference in the dump. In the docs for DataSourceInitializationCompletionListener
{#link ApplicationListener} that, upon receiving {#link ContextRefreshedEvent},
* blocks until any asynchronous DataSource initialization has completed.
The publisher cannot publish because it is blocked and this listener is blocking until that event comes.It is some sort of deadlock I suppose. I could not find on whom the DataSourceInitializedPublisher is waitng. Can anyone help me on this ?

I Have a service which injects io.quarkus.oidc.client.Tokens looks like:

It is currently not clear to me how to use resilience-4j library. The reference page for open feign https://resilience4j.readme.io/docs/feign has examples of feign decorators, but then how do I use them and hook them up to the feign class. When going through the code sample on that page, it seems to completely ignore the decorators.

But even that didn't help. The library says, that you can pick and choose, so I am pretty sure for my use case of just one fallback client to give me null, how do I configure it with minimal configuration.
Do I really have to create all the separate configuration classes, like bulkheads, retrying, and circuit breaker? That seems to go contrary to the aims of the library.

I am trying to run test case using H2 database and SpringBootTest. But the Spring Boot is unable to load ApplicationContext. Based on suggestions on stackoverflow, I tried adding #ComponentScan or #ContextConfiguration or #EnableJpaRepositoories, but no luck.

When using the #SpringBootTest annotation the classes parameter is used for tell Spring wihch classes should be used to load the application context.
If no explicit classes are defined the test will use the context configuration you have defined in your webapp.
In your case I guess you want the later which you get by changing
#SpringBootTest(classes= TestService.class)
to
#SpringBootTest

We've had similar issue and it worked for us after following these steps:
adding environment variable TESTCONTAINERS_RYUK_DISABLED=true
downgrading test containers from 1.15.0 to 1.14.3

the strange thing is that it is complaining about MetricsAutoConfiguration... not sure why this is coming up... can anyone help?
The error message formal unbound in pointcut tells you that a formal parameter used in your pointcut does not have a corresponding parameter in the advice method or vice versa, see also my answer here.
The AspectJ manual says:
If formal are bound (using args(), target(), this(), #args(), #target(), #this(), #annotation()) in the pointcut, then they must appear in the method signature.
Then in general you need to know that when using a bound parameter, you need to refer to it from the pointcut by its name, not by its type, as mentioned by R.G, because the type is specified in the advice method signature already. Only if you use an unbound parameter, you need to specify its type by its (fully qualified) class name.
So in your case you have to use (credits to R.G):
