Can we send file as an attachment along with message in teams programmatically?

Can we send file as an attachment along with message in teams using webhooks or api?
Currently we can send only text message using webhooks and not attach files.
I want to mimic the action in the screenshot below:-
Attach file present in the system
There are ways to first upload file to one drive and then send its link in the teams message but I do not want to use that solution.
Is there a way to directly upload file from your system as an attachment to the microsoft teams using webhook or any alternative way.
Thanks!!
Currently it is not supported to send attachments using webhook. You will need to use bot to send and receive attachments. You can refer this link.

Microsoft Teams go to a conversation using a deeplink

we have an app for MS Teams which users can start a conversation and send messages to. The app does some processing and returns the response back. I am looking for the ability to open an precreated conversation using a link. I have needed information like conversation id etc. How do i create a link that can be used for this navigation?
To be more specific this doc is not helpful https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/build-and-test/deep-links#deep-linking-to-a-chat
The link i need is for the conversation. Currently it is possible to manually copy that link by right clicking on any conversation and use "Copy link". Is there a way to get it or generate it when user creates the conversation. A sample link copied from looks like below
https://teams.microsoft.com/l/message/19:a0a0088174a644cb91409f4d8f79d888#thread.tacv2/1612324568748?tenantId=04e930f3-0866-4a6d-b07c-a4737e8f9865&groupId=087bf290-deb5-4790-b159-bf86914765b4&parentMessageId=1612324568748&teamName=Sales%20Team&channelName=FlashCX%20Sales&createdTime=1612324568748
So trying to see if i can either get this the URL using apis or can generate with the parts involved
#Moblize - Currently you can create Deep-link to chat for particular conversation. You cannot create a link which will redirect to a particular message in channel. Please check this docs for info.

Attaching files to a channel on Microsoft Teams

I'm trying to send files to a channel in Teams, but I've found examples of asking a bot for something (for example I write 1 and he send me an image), and the bot's able send images or files like attachments (I don't need adaptive cards or message cards if your idea is Incoming webhook).
I need to send with a schedule request attachment files to teams, is that possible? For example, if such is possible to send a set of image attachment every 1 hour.
Thanks
In case this is still not resolved.
Please take a look at Send and receive files through your bot doc to see how your bot can send/receive file attachments.
For bot to trigger message based on backend trigger, please take a look at Send
proactive messages.
Sample code for both of these scenarios can be found in Bot Framework sample code repo.

Markdown is not working in the Bot Framework Twilio channel

I am trying to create a simple bot that sends images and hyperlinks by SMS using Twilio (trial account).
I do get the reply from the bot , but none of the markdown is working, even simple markdown elements like text or bing
Sample code I am using to send the message through Twilio SMS channel:
public async Task<Message> Post([FromBody]Message message)
{
if(message.Text == "Hello")
{
string messageText = "![Sample Image](http://aka.ms/Fo983c)";
return message.CreateReplyMessage(messageText);
}
Am I missing something? The emulator displays the image and other markdown properly, but when I test using my android phone and text the Twilio number to connect to the bot, it delivers raw HTML and not the rich content.
Twilio developer evangelist here. As pointed our earlier SMS is text only, so markdown or any other formatting will not work.
I just tried sending a message from a bot, and while I get the image correctly on the emulator or webchat, on SMS I only get the URL of the image (i.e. http://aka.ms/Fo983c).
According to the documentation, this is the expected behavior as it states:
Not all channels can represent all markdown fields. As appropriate
channels will fallback to a reasonable approximation, for example,
bold will be represented in text messaging as bold
So I guess for images, it will always fallback to the URL of the image.
As for sending MMS, it appears right now the botframework doesn't support it. To be clear, Twilio itself does support MMS for US and Canada, but it seems Microsoft's implementation didn't take advantage of that right now.
Hope this helps you.
I did this when I was first trying out the framework. Sorry but I don't have that code anymore however I don't recall having to do anything special. I simply sent a picture from my phone to my twilio number and then in the message properties for the message received by the bot there was an attachment field with a URL pointing to the image sent from my phone. Then I used a regular web request to pull down the image.
The details for the attachment objects and content url fields are outlined here.
Because there's no way to emulate the SMS channel you'll have to publish the code live to be able to test it out.
Have fun!

Not able to Post attachments in Yammer via "Post to this group by email" Option

I have created one dotnet job (windows service) that use to fetch users date of joining and birthday from PeopleSoft and use to send an email to Yammer group with birthday or Service Award wishes automatically. It is working absolutely fine but whenever we tried to add images like ballon images, cake images etc on email it never posted in Yammer.
Can't we send any image with text on Yammer group?
Please help me in resolving this issue.
Thanks & Regards!!
You cannot post attachments via email. You will need to programmatically upload the file to Yammer and then programmatically post to the group and reference the file that you uploaded.
Look at the Yammer REST API at https://developer.yammer.com/restapi/ for more information on how you can accomplish file uploads and posting by API. Specifically, you will need to look at https://developer.yammer.com/restapi/#rest-messages.
