Error on Anaconda 5.3 while installing RStudio , saying offline mode

I downloaded Anaconda 5.3 and am trying to Install RStudio in it. I get the below error always after upgrading.
"Some of the functionality of Anaconda Navigator will be limited in offline mode."
"Installation and upgrade of packages will be subject to the packages currently available on your package cache."
Even if the internet is connected, I get the same error which didnt happen with previous version. Does anyone know how to overcome this? Please advise.
Btw, RCran and RStudio are not approved software and hence I am trying to use the one through Anaconda IDE.
Same as you here, there is an issue related https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/10176.
While anaconda-navigator having this problem, you can still install packages through anaconda prompt.
open anaconda prompt in your start menu
type conda install rstudio

Unable to uninstall the SonarPLSQL plugin

I go to Administration > Marketplace.
For all other plugins that I have installed (SonarJS, SonarJava, ...) I see a "Uninstall" button to the right. For SonarPLSQL it just says "Installed".
How do I uninstall this plugin?

How to use Bitnami Wordpress Install on XAMPP on Windows 7

I'm new to running Xampp and Bitnami, but as far I can tell Bitnami provides a 1-click install facility for Wordpress similar to the facility I get on my web host.
Xampp is running and I've installed Bitnami at C:\xampp and can see this under the Applications item on Xampp Admin, but I can't see how to install Wordpress on a new site.
I've tried running the installer again and using path C:\xampp\htdocs\my_new_site and I get an error saying it doesn't contain a valid XAMPP installation. How should I be using Bitnami?
BitNami for XAMPP installs the application you select (WordPress, Drupal and/or Joomla!) in the C:\XAMPP\apps directory here is the step by step guide. If you run the installer and selected WordPress, the files should be placed in c:\XAMPP\apps\wordpress. Currently With the BitNami installer you will be able to install only one WordPress (you can add more instances manually though).
