WebLogic Server 12c cant log in localhost Exception weblogic.nodemanager.NMConnectException: Connection refused

I use a Oracle WebLogic Server 12c and when I start it on Eclipse it shows this error, it does'nt allow me to log in localhost neither when I try to access it
from another computer in a different domain, in the log appears that the server is not reacheable.
This is the exception that appears in Eclipse.
This Exception occurred at Wed Nov 13 08:11:07 CET 2019.
weblogic.nodemanager.NMConnectException: Connection refused: connect. Could not connect to NodeManager. Check that it is running at localhost/127.0.0.1:5556.

nmStart('AdminServer')
nmDisconnect()
I want to make it accesible, not only for local.
nmConnect('weblogic','AXLWL20040','localhost',**'5521'**,'base_domain','C:/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/base_domain','plain')
Port should listen to 5545.
You wrongly configure the ports. Your NodeManager listen on port 5540
ListenPort=5540
You try to connect to 5545

hive is not working with HDP with Ambari

I have installed the HDP with Ambari 2.6.1. It mostly did everything automatically but Hive is unable to start properly.
I saw a post somewhere and I deleted the pid and killed the process as well in hope that I would restart it and it would work but now it's showing heartbeat lost on the machine.
Please guide me on what should I do?
I am listing the errors I got from ambari.

There are following three different issues in this question
Hiveserver2 alert :Following error indicate port 10000 on machine2.ambari.local is not reachable, either there is no process (HiveServer2) running on port 10000 or some proxy issue.
Error: Could not open client transport with JDBC Uri: jdbc:hive2://machine2.ambari.local:10000/;transportMode=binary: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
Heartbeat Lost : In question it is mentioned that "heartbeat lost on the machine", this could be because ambari-agent process is no more running on host for which heartbeat lost is notified.
After deleting the pid and killing the process , by default it will not restart automatically.

There are something wrong about Hadoop cluster

I have build a hadoop cluster on ECS on Aliyun of Alibaba.com( it's like AWS). The OS is Ubuntu12.04 . The version of Hadoop is 2.7.1
The cluster is consisted of one master and two slaves.
I can start it successfully. Every node can work well, and I
can use ssh to access two slave node from master node.
Every node is started.
But when I run the wordcount program, there is something wrong. The
error is as following:
exception: java.net.ConnectException: Call From master/10.144.52.189 to localhost:38635 failed on connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; For more details see: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/ConnectionRefused
When I added Port 38635 in the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config, I run the wordcount program again. The error is still existed, the only difference is the Port 38635 changed.
exception: java.net.ConnectException: Call From master/10.144.52.189 to localhost:46656 failed on connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; For more details see: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/ConnectionRefused
How to fix this problem? The ports 38635 and 46656 are added in /etc/ssh/sshd_config, the error occurs when run the wordcount program with a new port in the error information.
