NReal glasses with Samsung S10 - getting a black screen / "Security policy prevents use of Camera" - nreal

I installed the Nebula app (Android, Samsung S10) and connected glasses, clicked the MR Space option. I am getting "Mode switch completed" message, and then a black screen.
Whenever I am trying to click the phones camera, I am getting "Security policy prevents use of Camera". It starts only after I connect the glasses to the device.
Any idea?
Thanks.

How to apply policy to offline device

I am using Android management API. I have applied policy to device and turned it to kiosk mode. After a while when I turn on the device, it is not connected to wifi anymore and is still in kiosk mode. Therefore I cannot connect it manually or update its policy. Is there a way to solve it ?
Unfortunately, as you cannot open the wifi dialog and devices cannot update the policy without a connection, the only way to workaround this is to hard reset the device per OEM instruction.
In the future, you can use KioskCustomization to have access to the status bar and navigation buttons so there would be no need to hard reset the device again if there is no connection as you can open the wifi dialog with this.
For people wondering how to escape the kiosk mode. There should be a way for your device to reboot to recovery mode. I my case - samsung tablet - I hold power button and volume down button for a while and when samsung logo appeared a released the power button, but still hold the volume down button. In recovery mode I were able to connect to wifi manually.

DJI Mavic Air 2 Camera can't set mode?

I'm trying to see why our DJI-enabled app isn't working correctly with the Mavic Air 2 on iOS or Android. Here I'm debugging with iOS but I've seen the same failures when briefly testing on our Android app.
When calling setMode:completion: on the single camera belonging to the Mavic Air 2, I consistently get "Current product does not support this feature.(code:-1013)"
isMediaDownloadModeSupported returns true for the camera, and yet I can't set the camera mode to media download mode at all (or any other mode).
I've found that setFlatMode:completion: seems to work ok to set photo and video modes as a sort of alternative, however this is only for photo/video modes, and won't help me with downloading media from the SD card. (right?)
Any help out there?
From my DJI Developer Support ticket for the same issue:
For the Mavic Air 2 drone, should use the setFlatMode to switch the photo, video mode, and use the enterPlayback, exitPlayback to enter/ exit the download mode.

How to enable developer mode on LG webOS 3.0 TV

I want to test a simple web app on my LG webOS 3.0 SmartTV using the Developer Mode app from LG Content Store and the webOS IDE on my laptop.
I've ensured that my TV and laptop are on the same wifi network and installed the Developer Mode app from the Content Store on the TV. But after I've logged in with my LG Developer ID and password, I can't seem to figure out how to navigate to the "Dev Mode Status" button and enable it.
How do I enable Developer Mode on my LG webOS TV? (Model: 65UF680V-ZA)
I found a solution to my problem in this thread. http://developer.lge.com/community/forums/RetrieveForumContent.dev?detailContsId=FC03095252
It turns out that it isn't possible to navigate in the Developer Mode app with a regular remote control which only has arrow keys and no pointer function.
Luckily I had a wireless USB keyboard with a built-in mouse trackpad that I could use to bring on the screen cursor and ultimately enable the developer mode button.
EDIT: The Dev Mode button can now be enabled by using the regular TV remote control.
The best way is plugged in mouse... or something else with cursor

Tango power up intermittent. Now nothing

I set my tango down for a couple of months while busy with other things. I charged it for a bit, turned it on and saw the red battery icon. I charged it overnight and saw the green battery symbol. I clicked the power button The splash screen came up, said it was installing updates and screen turned off. That evening I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't do anything. Next morning it turned on - splash screen - white screen, off. Now it doesn't do anything at all. I've tried - volume button and power, both volume buttons...nothing. How to enable a Jaalee Beacon

I have had a pack of four jaalee beacon stickers delivered and I'm having a problem getting them 'woken up'.
According to the website, you have to tap the beacons two or three times. I've tried this a few times but still no cigar, I can't detect them using various bluetooth sniffers.
I'm wondering if I'm tapping them too hard, too soft.
Also found a Jalee app which asks me to press a button on the stickers, no button is visible but I pressed for a few seconds and one of the four stickers 'beeped' once... but the app failed to pair with it. I couldn't get the sticker to beep again.
This was a cheap alternative to Estimote stickers I ordered but which never arrived. So far, beacon sticker technology doesn't seem to be 'there'.
The beacon stickers I have need a few things to happen to be enabled.
1) Download the Jaalee app, I'm not sure it was available when my stickers first arrived. This is the correct app for iPhone for the kind of stickers I have.
App store link for Jaalee thinnest smart tracker... app
2) Open the app and select a kind of activity to which the beacon is to be enabled (they are trying to ape Estimote I believe). I chose the magnifying glass.
3) On the following dialog select + to add a new sticker.
4) Squeeze the beacon sticker firmly in the centre for several seconds until it beeps.
5) Hold it close enough to the phone/mobile device running the app to enable the app to pair with the beacon and enable it.
At this point the Jaalee beacon should be detectable with a standard Bluetooth sniffer app such as 'LightBlue'
Firmly tap the beacon on a table and it should beep. You may need to turn it over a tap the other side. They need a firm tap.
Once woken up it will be available to connect to and reconfigure. If left it will go back to sleep after about a minute.
