I have a question about autologging. I use it and I want to record another metrics.
Can I change the recorded metrics for autologging?
I found a class in the documentation _AutologgingMetricsManager but I don't know how can I use it.
Thanks,
Irina

In Elastic Search, to add new fields while running the application we have to provide
"dynamic":true
More info about the same: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/dynamic.html
Is there any functionality which can replicate same behaviour in Vespa? I was not able to find in vespa documentation.
Kindly help me in this regard. Thank you.
https://docs.vespa.ai/en/schemas.html#schema-modifications is the best place to start - just modify the schema with new fields and redeploy the application. The new fields can not have a default value, they are empty. It is not necessary to restart Vespa, this can be done on a running instance.
Dynamic fields automatically created from data is not supported in Vespa. You should not use this; it's a malfeature.
If the data in question is structured, you can often achieve what you need here by using a map. Otherwise, it's easy and safe to add new fields to the schema and redeploy.
In Metric agg. by default we have Sum,count,avg,min,max,unique-count etc the functions I want to add my own customized function suppose sum/Unique_count how to implement it.
I guess it will required a code changes. Now currently all Kibana metrics are located there - https://github.com/elastic/kibana/tree/master/src/ui/public/agg_types/metrics. So, you need to clone Kibana at first, than add your_own_metric.js, which will be similar to other built-in metrics. Later on, you need to add your metrics to index.js, under https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/master/src/ui/public/agg_types/index.js and hopefully after you will build Kibana, you could use your custom version of it.

I need to create a dynamic config field for magento module like the one explained here http://mustakarhu.com/blog/dynamic-input-field-in-magento-admin-configuration/.
The article is good but very brief i could not make that work, can anybody provide me some working example or point me to right direction may be another article with detailed explanation.
Thanks.
I found the DiskVolumeInfo property -- I'd like to use it to get some disk information in a clustered setup.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/bb309235(v=vs.85).aspx
The problem is I have no idea what technology is required to get this data. This doesn't resemble the standard C/C++/C#/VB format of function/method reference.
Question: How do I get the DiskVolumeInfo data?
Ideally I could write the binary output directly to a file, say data.bin.
Any ideas would be helpful, thanks.
The process for getting object properties is described here.
Looks like you need to call the ClusterResourceControl function with a handle to the physical disk resource and the CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_GET_PRIVATE_PROPERTIES control code. You can then use ResUtilFindBinaryProperty to extract the DiskVolumeInfo property from the property list returned.
For anyone still interested:
As given here CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_STORAGE_GET_DISK_INFO_EX is a better way to do this.
Ive tried to gather information on as to how core data works, but can someone give me a clear explanation of all the stuff required...For instance NSDataContext, Fetchcontroller, NSDataModel, Presistent...
Perhaps all the steps involved to get a data...Now I'm also unclear about an SQLite file, like how do we load the data into the core data , once we have created our entities etc..
Thanks
The best place to look is the Core Data Programming Guide. Is there a specific question you have that isn't answered there?
