'gradle clean build assemble' giving IOException: The pipe is being closed - gradle

I cleared my .gradle folder (local gradle repository). The command 'gradle clean build assemble' used to work earlier but now giving the exception as below :
Could not write standard input to Gradle Test Executor 120.
java.io.IOException: The pipe is being closed

However the command 'gradle clean build assemble -x test' still works and yields a successful build. What shall be done to get the 'gradle clean build assemble' command working again ?

JavaFX project works in IntelliJ, but not when I clone from a git remote repository and run 'gradle wrapper' and './gradlew run'

all! Three other people and I have recently completed a Java project, which is a recreation of the game Pokemon. Here is a link to the project:
https://github.com/Pirate-Hunter-Zoro/Pokemon
The following screen recording should show that the project runs successfully on IntelliJ: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c3lXbNVvrqX
However, when I try to clone this project from Git, and run 'gradle wrapper' and then './gradlew run', while the application does launch, I cannot make it past the intro screen, as this video shows:
https://somup.com/c3lXbRww2Y
Finally, here is the resulting error message:

It seems to be caused by the lack of memory in gradle daemon.
My gradle.properties is as follows.
org.gradle.jvmargs=-XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=1024m -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -Xmx2g
My Dockerfile is as follows.
...
RUN gradlew build -Dspring.profiles.active=${PHASE}
...
It's the same gradle memory setting,
but why does it succeed in local and fail in docker?

Jenkins Pipeline - Maven compile failure

Hello I keep running into this error when I try to compile the groovy script

I have tried deleting the dir in my ubuntu ssh and still getting the error failed to copy, any ideas.

Sonarqube 5.5 - Allowing MSBuild Runner to create projects during scan

We currently use the MSBuild Scanner for our static code analysis at build time via bamboo. The Bamboo plug-in as far as I can tell does not support the scanner at this time so I am using command line.
I want to enable it for branches so we can gather more information within the company, however when I run the following command:
msbuild-scanner begin /k:"project" /v:${bamboo.version}.${bamboo.buildNumber} /n:"project" /d:sonar.branch=${bamboo.shortPlanName}
I get the below error:
ERROR: Error during Sonar runner execution

Caused by: Insufficient privileges
ERROR:
ERROR: Re-run SonarQube Runner using the -X switch to enable full debug logging.
The SonarQube Scanner did not complete successfully
Post-processing failed. Exit code: 1
This is caused because the project:branch combination doesn't exist. If I create the project and re-run it works.
Is there a way Sonarqube can allow project creation at the time of build?
You need to grant the technical user running analysis the Create Projects permission.
