We are testing against SIMPLIFIER.NET the FHIR resource shown below.
It is an Encounter containing a Task. As encounters cannot reference tasks directly, we are using reverse references.
According to the standard R4, "For a resource that references the container, the reference is '#'."
Problem is that Simplifier throws exceptions in that case, while Confluence and Gazelle don't:
The question is: Is that FHIR resource well formed?

The FHIRPath definition of the ref-1 invariant currently does not allow for referencing the container resource from the contained resource, only for referencing other contained resources:
reference.startsWith('#').not() or (reference.substring(1).trace('url') in %rootResource.contained.id.trace('ids'))
A ticket for changing this in the FHIR specification has already been filed and approved for changing this, but it has not yet been applied.

I am currently building an application for which it is important to check the existence of resources with a certain profile.
As we need to check this for 40+ profiles I'd like to put this all in 1 batch request and let our HAPI-FHIR server implementation handle this, as opposed to querying them one by one. This would get too chatty otherwise.
Because I only need to know about whether the resource exists I'd like to use _summary=count. I am assuming this increases the performance of the request.
Example request
{

Can I assume that the ordering of the batch-response is the same as that of the batch-request?
Or is there a method to annotate the batch entries which are persisted onto the batch-response?
Or finally, is there a flag I can turn on to make the response include the request.url part?
I'm using HAPI-FHIR 5.1.0 both for client and server.
Apparently I didn't look well enough in the specs, as I just found the following:
From the FHIR spec
For a batch, or a successful transaction, the response the server SHALL return a Bundle with type set to batch-response or transaction-response that contains one entry for each entry in the request, in the same order, with the outcome of processing the entry.
I am developing a Alexa Skill and I have an Intent named NewAppointmentIntent which originally had 7 slots.
I have added a new Slot yesterday named Doctor and successfully built the Skill.
When I invoke that intent, it still have 7 Slots and not 8. The Doctor Slot does not appears in the request and responses outputs.
The Intent in images:
The output when invocing the Intent, where slot Doctor expected in slots attribute:

So I wish to know how to refresh the Skill?
Close the window, re-open and in your console -> Save the model -> Build the model. Then test again.
If still doesn't show, click on the JSON Editor(this will be the last option in the list of your Interaction model), then in your NewAppointmentIntent can you see the Docter slot in the slots array?
If not, then maybe something was broken when you created the slot. So delete the Docter slot and re-add it. Then again verify it in JSON editor and this should solve the problem.

The only field that I could get/read from the Event JSON was the "message".
What am I doing wrong?
If you want to get the push ID and comments, the description is:
{{push.pushId}}
{{push.commits[0].comment}}
Update
Eddie is right you should use push as the resource in this case. The docs are not so clear. In the end, it was something so simple. However the corresponding checkin is not work for Code checked in event.
The docs could definitely be more clear in how the resource are for each event which applied to help avoid this confusion.
The basic form of the placeholder is {{resource.field}} where
resource is the name of the resource raising the event (workitem, build, etc) and field is a field within the resource section of the
event, like id. So, if the subscription were for a completed build,
it might be something like:
Build {{build.id}} completed at {{build.finishTime}}
Seems the issue is you are using the wrong placeholder in this case. According to your send Request , resource.pushID & resource.commits.[0].comment is not replaced by values from the event that was raised.
I'm trying to use the Amazon EC2 Systems Manager (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/userguide/what-is-systems-manager.html) to create an "Automation" document type to (amongst other things) tag an AMI it just created.
You can create tags in a predetermined manner like this within "mainSteps":
...
{
"name": "CreateTags",
"action": "aws:createTags",
"maxAttempts": 3,
"onFailure": "Abort",
"inputs": {
"ResourceType": "EC2",
"ResourceIds": ["{{ CreateImage.ImageId }}"],
"Tags": [
{
"Key": "Original_AMI_ID",
"Value": "Created from {{ SourceAmiId }}"
}
]
}
},
...
but to tag with a variable number of Tags, I'm assuming the following change is neccessary:
...
{
"name": "CreateTags",
"action": "aws:createTags",
"maxAttempts": 3,
"onFailure": "Abort",
"inputs": {
"ResourceType": "EC2",
"ResourceIds": ["{{ CreateImage.ImageId }}"],
"Tags": {{ Tags }}
}
},
...
with the addition of a new parameter called 'Tags' of type 'MapList':
"parameters": {
"Tags": {
"type": "MapList"
}
}
since running the process was complaining about my using a 'String' type and saying I should use a 'MapList'.
'MapList' is listed as a parameter type of the Amazon EC2 Systems Manager (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/APIReference/top-level.html), but I have not yet found any documentation on how to define this type.
I have guessed at several formats based upon both what I've seen from their 'hardcoded' sample above and other tagging method in their other API's to no avail:
[ { "Key": "Name", "Value": "newAmi" } ]
[ { "Key": "Name", "Values": [ "newAmi" ] } ]
1: { "Key": "Name", "Values": [ "newAmi" ] }
Does anyone know how to define the new parameter types introduced with the Amazon EC2 Systems Manager (specifically, 'MapList')?
Update:
Since the docs are lacking, Amazon Support is asking the automation team how to best tag ami's using this method. I have found how to add a single tag as a parameter value in the console, though:
{ "Key": "TagName", "Value": "TagValue" }
My attempts to add multiple tags will allow the automation to start:
{ "Key": "TagName1", "Value": "TagValue1" }, { "Key": "TagName2", "Value": "TagValue2" }
but ultimately returns this generic error at runtime:
Internal Server Error. Please refer to Automation Service Troubleshooting
Guide for more diagnosis details
It might seem like the [] is missing from around the array, but you seem to get those for free because when I add them I get this error:
Parameter type error. [[ { "Key": "Description", "Value": "Desc" },
{ "Key": "Name", "Value": "Nm" } ]] is defined as MapList.
Thanks for using EC2 Systems Manager, Automation feature. Here's the document I tested, it works.

I don't know how to handle nested data with admin on rest.
My GET request returns the full object without additional calls for filters and thumbnails (see below).

My first idea was to create custom Input Components but I don't know if it's the best solution? Any ideas or examples?
Admin-on-rest relies on redux-form, which supports nested attributes. Just set the source of your input as the path to the nested property, with dot separator:
<TextInput source="foo.bar" />
For your filters and thumbnails, you'll have to use redux-form's <Fields> component, and create a custom input component with it.
