How do i execute solana-test-validator command properly?

When i try to execute "solana-test-validator" command in my terminal, i get error and it says:
"libcrypto1_1-x64.dll not found"
"libssl-1_1-x64.dll not found"
I searched everywhere and i looked every solana-test-validator related error things but i never be able to solve my problem.
Here is how I solved it. The solution is in the problem. It needs those two DLL files. Therefore, find a correct version of the both the DLL over the internet and paste in the solana active-release path or if you have zoom installed, you can copy the DLLs from there.
Zoom Location - C:\Users\Asus\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin
Solana Active release - C:\Users\Asus\.local\share\solana\install\active_release\bin
Once you copy paste the DLLs, just start the CMD as an admin and run
solana-test-validator
I solved my problem by reinstalling the Ubuntu terminal.

Running OpenFOAM native compile on a non-admin Windows

I have downloaded and installed a Windows native compiled OpenFOAM from here. But when I try to run any of the OF commands (e.g., blockMesh, foamDictionary, ...) in the MSYS2 terminal I get the message:
path/to/folder/v2106/msys64/home/ofuser/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2106/platforms/win64MingwDPInt32Opt/bin/blockMesh.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-6.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
and in the cmd terminal, I get the error message:
System Error The code execution cannot proceed because msmpi.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
From here, I see that I might have to reinstall OpenFOAM in admin mode, which I don't have on this work machine. so I tried installing MSMPI using pacman -S msmpi as I used to do here. But I get the error message:
error: target not found: msmpi
My goal is to install and use the OpenFOAM software, doesn't matter which release, on this Windows machine without admin privileges. I would appreciate it if you could help me know how can I fix the above problems, or find another way around.
P.S.1. Searching the installation directory, I see that the libstdc++-6.dll file is in the path\to\folder\v2106\msys64\home\ofuser\OpenFOAM\OpenFOAM-v2106\platforms\win64MingwDPInt32Opt\bin. So I wonder I get the first error message. Maybe OF is not compiled properly against the library? Should I try removing the path\to\folder\v2106\msys64\usr\lib\gcc\x86_64-pc-msys\7.4.0\libstdc++.dll.a as suggested here?
P.S.2. I had written this post ages ago about different ways to install OpenFOAM on Windows. Sadly it is still a big effort to get it up and running.
P.S.3. A follow-up on this issue here on the MSYS2 Discord server.
P.S.4. Opened a new issue here on the OpenFOAM repository.
With OpenFOAM-v2112 it is now possible to install without windows admin permissions.
The original problem will still be evident with older OpenFOAM versions since they relied on installing msmpi separately.

PyCharm quit unexpectedly on MacBook Air

PyCharm closes and sometimes macbook restarts while running my python script on it. The script runs for a while and suddenly I get the following error:
PyCharm quit unexpectedly
Problem details and system configuration:
How to solve this issue please? Thank you
PS: the error message is too long with details so I have just added the initial part which I think should be enough but I can add all of it if required.

Running "open -a Terminal.app MyScript", opens new terminal window, but doesn't run MyScript in it

I'm on mac, and need to open a new terminal window and run a script/compiled code in it.
Before "open -a Terminal.app Myscript" would work, but now it suddenly no longer runs the script.. only opens the Terminal Window.
If i just run the script, it works. Other scripts that worked before no longer work using open -a either.
I'm running Mojave 10.14.3 Beta. And bash 5.0.0, linked through Homebrew.
If anyone else can reproduce this, please do. I'm not sure if its a bug, or just a issue with me.
console reveals following error:
/usr/bin/open subsystem: com.apple.launchservices
"Unable to load Info.plist exceptions (eGPUOverrides)"
This error is triggered everytime the command is run.
I've also searched and haven't found anyone else experiencing this problem, nor alternatives to open -a.
It works again now. Not sure if it was due to a restart, or because of another program.

Git bash not opening on Win7

I have been using Git-1.8.3 from a flash drive successfully from both work and at home on win7 machines. Yesterday I noticed that when I try to open git-bash at home, the window flashes open and disappears instantaneously. I don't see an error message. Thinking the file may be corrupted, I tried it at work and it opens normally. Are there any logs that I can check to at least get an error message on what is happening?
Try downloading it again? If that doesn't work can you give the file name and location you are using for git bash?
