HPC Pack 2019 - Unable to connect to the head node running cluster manager on the head node server - windows

Question

I am using Windows Server 2019, and I activated Active Directory and made another device with Windows 10 a member of the domain.
I want to cluster computers with the help of HPC pack 2019 but, when I run HPC pack 2019, I get the following error:
