Cannot configure Context menu for TortoiseGit

When I select TortoiseGit and Settings I have the options to configure what options are available in the context menu.
Nothing I change takes any effect. My original goal was to add the "Add Ignore" option to the context menu but it's already selected and does not show. If I remove other items they are not removed so my changes are not taking effect.
I'm trying to right click on the "node_modules" folder, select "TortoiseGit" then "Add to ignore list".
Am I missing something here? Is it possible that the "context" menu in "Settings" is not the same as the context menu displayed when right clicking on a folder and selecting "TortoiseGit"?

How do I force "add to a team" option using teams "deepLink"?

My Teams application supports both "personal tab" and the "teams tab". Is it possible to trigger "add app" dialog in a way that it pre-selects "add to teams" option?
One can trigger this dialog using this deep link for example:
https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/49e6f432-d79c-49e8-94f7-89b94f3672fd
BUT, this always brings up a tab "add app". If the app is already added this does not make sense (it shows "open") but I would like to show "add to tab" option instead.
Would like to have sort of a parameter for that url maybe?
Currently it is not possible. you can submit a feature request on Microsoft user voice.

Tibco Spotfire Desktop. Trusting Custom queries ruins the filters

I am using spotfire desktop for analysing data in an Oracle database. I would like to share the visualizations I am developing. I have seen that the custom queries must be trusted by other users. Below is the solution that I found by browsing the internet. The solution below allows other users to retreive the data, however, afetr doing this the filters do not work anymore and need to be manually reset. Can anyone help with this problem?
Thank you
If it is saved as part of a report
Open the report in the TIBCO Spotfire (Analyst / Desktop / Professional) client.
Go to the top menu and choose Edit -> Data Connection properties .
Highlight the connection and press the "Settings" button.
On the "General" tab, click the "Edit" button.
Highlight your custom query and choose "Edit custom query" from the menu right above it.
Press the "Verify" button, then the "OK" button.
Press OK all the way until the Data Connection Properties dialogue window is closed.

Access 2013: Disabled Mode

I am having a great deal of difficulty identifying the source a problem I am having with "disabled mode" in MS Access 2013. I have read all of the support literature for 2007, 2010, and 2013 pertaining, and none of it is productive in solving the issue.
When I go to perform any sort of modification query in one of my database files I get the "The action or event has been blocked by Disabled Mode" message at the bottom bar. There is no message bar that comes up and asks me if I want to enable the content, despite this option being checked in the trust center. I have also tried going into the File>info backstage view, however, there is no "enable" button here either as reported in the 2013 help document.
Possibly the most telling characteristic of this problem is that it is not manifested in the original database of which the current database is an exact copy. I'm not sure what to make of this though.
Enable database content for a session
To enable database content for a session, you use the Message Bar.
The Message Bar
The Message Bar appears just under the Ribbon, and is part of the Microsoft Office Fluent User Interface. If the Message Bar is not visible, you must first show the message bar. In some cases, you will also have to enable the Message Bar. Once the Message Bar is visible and enabled, you can use it to enable database content for a session.
Step 1: Show the Message Bar
If the Message Bar is already visible, you can skip this step.
On the Database Tools tab, in the Show/Hide group, select the Message Bar check box.
If the Message Bar check box is disabled, you will have to enable it.
Step 2: Enable the Message Bar
If the Message Bar check box is enabled, you can skip this step.
1.Click the Microsoft Office Button Office button image, and then click Access Options.
2.In the left pane of the Access Options dialog box, click Trust Center.
3.In the right pane, under Microsoft Office Access Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings.
4.In the left pane of the Trust Center dialog box, click Message Bar.
5.In the right pane, click Show the Message Bar in all applications when content has been blocked, and then click OK.
6.Close and reopen the database to apply the changed setting.
Step 3: Enable database content for a session
1.In the Message Bar, click Options.
2.In the Microsoft Office Security Options dialog box, click Enable this content, and then click OK.

Enable a database by default
To specify that a given database is trustworthy and should be enabled by default, make sure that the database file is located in a trusted location. A trusted location is a folder or file path on your computer or a location on your intranet from which it is considered safe to run code. Default trusted locations include the Templates, AddIns, and Startup folders. You can also specify your own trusted locations.
Tip If you want to know the path of the current database, click the Microsoft Office Button, click Manage, and then click Database Properties. The full path of the current database's location is listed on the General tab of the Database Properties dialog box.
Move a database file to a trusted location
Open the folder where the database file is currently located, and then copy the database file into the trusted location that you want.
Specify a trusted location
1.In the Message Bar, click Options.
2.At the bottom of the Microsoft Office Security Options dialog box, click Open the Trust Center.
3.In the left pane of the Trust Center dialog box, click Trusted Locations.
4.To add a network location, in the right pane, select the Allow Trusted Locations on my network check box.
5.Click Add new location.
6.In the Microsoft Office Trusted Location dialog box, do one of the following:
In the Path box, type the full path of the location that you want to add.
Click Browse to browse to the location.
7.To specify that subfolders of the new trusted locations should also be trusted, select the Subfolders of this location are also trusted check box.
8.Optionally, in the Description box, type a description for the trusted location.

Open Dialog preserving settings

How does one preserve the settings in the Open Dialog box? For example, I would the Open Dialog to remember that I chose the Details view and sorted by date modified.
Microsoft didn't see fit to give us any documented way of doing this, but some people have figured out bits of the puzzle. This link shows how to set the view, but not how to get the current setting:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc164009.aspx
I'm not quite sure about this about isn't it an OS setting. If the user choose their Folder Preferences such as then Windows will remember or not. In this case from accessibility and usability point of view this is User's preferences.
You could inherit from the dialog's class and then see what can be overriden to do the persistence of its state.
Simple non-technical solution.
This worked for me (WinXP SP3) in some cases but not all. Since you don't have the option of changing things in a common Open dialog, you can try to do it in Windows Explorer.
Open Windows Eplorer. If you want to change the sort order, go to the details view and click on the column to sort, normally Name, but you may want to sort by Date. Now change
the view back to whatever you want. Now select "Tools" then "Folder Options". On the General tab, for "Tasks" select "Use Windows classic folders," for "Browse folders" select "Open each folder in same window." Now click the "View" tab. Scroll down and check the box for "Remember each folders view settings." If it's already checked, uncheck it then check it again. Click the "Apply" Button at the botton of the window. Click the "Apply to All Folders" button near the top. These settings may show up in your Open dialog. Having done this you can now change the settings in Windows Explorer or any other Folder window that allows you to change them and that Folder window should remember them. This fixed the Open dialog in my qraphics editor but not in my video editor.
