Can I answer twice the same survey in surveymonkey? - survey

I answered a survey from an email link and now I would like to show the questions of the survey to a colleague. I don't want to submit twice I just want to copy the questions of the quiz however when I click the survey link I get the information that I already answered that survey. I deleted the cookies, access from a different IP but without success. Is there any way of opening that specific survey again?

How to setup Slack bot to ask users and then display their answers via command?

I'd like to have command, let's say /aboutme which asks user few questions via PM and after that, if anyone uses for example /about James, then James responses to those questions are displayed.
That is not hard to do:
Create a Slack app, which reacts to slash commands.
on /aboutmestore the answers in a database per user
for asking the questions I would recommend to use Dialogs, which work similar to HTML forms.
on /about #userlookup the answers per user later when someone asked.
Note that your slack app will need to run on a web server and have its own database.

I have been doing a work in outsystems platform.
My works is a recruitment application where you add candidates to your app with a curriculum. You then choose the best ones to schedule an interview with, and eventually you can hire them to your company. Well, I don't known if you guys really need to know what my app is about, or what it does but I can explain better or eventually show it if it helps with my problem.
Well what I want is:
- When I register a candidate, I add a name, an email address, and a phone number. With this email, Outsystems offers a widget that can find all networks referred to that person (by email), that widget (I am not sure if this is the correct name for this tool, maybe API is more correct) can be found in Logic and inside the folder called Dependencies, that widget is called FullContact. To use that API you must create a new action. I did it and I filled the mandatory parameters called Email with Candidate Email. I am not sure what to put in APIKey parameter, I tried a lot of things and when I publish and test it I always have the same error called 403 Forbidden. What I am doing wrong?
I am not sure if this question is supposed to be done here, if it is not just tell me and I can delete the question and search somewhere else.

I never worked with FullContact before but from some researches I learned the following:
Overview: The FullContact Developer APIs are used to manage and enhance contact information.
Authentication: All requests to all endpoints require you to specify your unique API key. The API Key is assigned to you by FullContact and is used to identify and authorize each request. Your API key should be kept private, and should never be displayed publicly.

Where did you get that action from? Was it from the LinkedIn Connector perhaps? If so, you might be lacking authentication. Check the documentation from available in the sample eSpace.

How can a user be kept from creating and using multiple accounts?

Suppose you have an online social service like Facebook that might make it interesting for companies to create many accounts (e.g. to "Like" their posts).
Of course, you want to prevent the users to do something like that. Lets say, ideally you want at most one user per real person (I think there are company accounts in Facebook, but Facebook was only an example!).
How can you make sure, that no person is able to create and use multiple accounts? Are there publications about this topic? (Preferably free and publicly available)

Clarification
It doesn't matter if users create multiple accounts. It's ok if they create one account, use it, lose their credentials and create a new one they use.
It is not ok to create multiple accounts to manipulate counts (e.g. Like, +1, YouTube clicks, responses to an article, ...)

Using Facebook Comments Social Plugin -- many Facebook users comments aren't Public

I'd like to be able to use site comment features on sites that use the Facebook Comments Social Plugin. When I'm logged in to Facebook, I see my profile picture next to the comment box and I can see other comments if any have been made.
When I make a comment, it shows up right away, but doesn't seem to register publicly. If I log out of Facebook, my comment disappears.
More information is coming to light, as well (added March 26, 2013). There are several people affected by this bug who have attempted to get help on Facebook with the issue, so far withouth success.
After I added a fake app to my Facebook developer profile, I was able to post a bug to Facebook, however it has been since closed without being resolved.
Since Facebook comments are now being used as the exclusive online interaction method by several news media outlets, this problem means that some Facebook users are disempowered from being part of the community discussion of news of the day. Does Facebook wish for that to be?
Over time and in conversations with many people, I've learned more about this issue. From the perspective of websites which host the comments plugin, I've learned that comments from certain users, not on the site banned list, are automatically queued by Facebook for moderation.
Also, I recently ran across an answer here on Stack Overflow that indicates that "Fresh" Facebook accounts are designed to be held for moderation in the Comments Plugin, presumably to prevent someone who has just created a Facebook account from using the new account to post spam comments on other websites. I wouldn't consider my account "Fresh" but it is still less than a year old. In the Facebook response which closes the website report they state "The affected user you added to the report has no friends and we suspect the user to be fake and request moderation. This is by design." While it is understandable that Facebook wants to limit the potential for fake users to post in these comments, this metric apparently also snares legitimate users.
Q.Mark, I strongly recommend that site owners not use the Facebook Social Plugin to support commenting on their sites, unless they want to annoy visitors.
Facebook uses an Orwellian blacklist/censorship model which prevents many people from posting comments. Users get no explanation for why their comments won't post. Rather, it's made to look like a malfunction of the web site, and it is only apparent after the users waste their time composing a comment.

A FB "Like" button is useful, but site owners should not use Facebook to support comments. Use Disqus, or LiveFyre, or anything else besides Facebook.
(I realize this doesn't solve your problem, sorry! But perhaps if enough site owners dump Facebook for comments then Facebook will stop what they're doing.)
I was able to post a comment, but it didn't show up on my profile even though share on fb was enabled.
To submit a bug, all you need to do is go to developers.facebook.com/bugs and start typing something in the search field, and you'll see an option to create a bug report from there.

Joomla Moderated FAQs extension

Does anyone know a Joomla Extension for moderated FAQs?
Something which can let the users ask a question. After that the admin would have the option to moderate the question and respond to it...

Assuming that your users have to register to ask a question, you can accomplish this by allowing user contributed articles. You can add a customized submission form using ChronoForms that submits an article to your FAQ category. User submitted articles should default to unpublished which will give you the opportunity to moderate and answer the questions before publishing.
