My JSP page is not rendering or showing anything on browser when called in spring boot - spring

Question

I am building a web application using Spring Boot. I am trying to display a home (index) page. I have added tomcat jasper dependency to parse JSP file while running my spring boot application. When I am calling : http://localhost:8000/ecommerce/index , I am getting blank screen on my chrome browser.

Below is my controller to call JSP Page (view):

But I am getting blank screen. I am not understanding where I am doing wrong. Please suggest me possible answers.
