I am using Xcode 13.2.1 but under the component panel, there is no options to select the IOS simulators.
The screenshot shows the versions in my Xcode.
I'm running Xcode 11.0 on macOS Catalina public release (19A583).
Opening a Swift UI file, I cannot see the "resume button" to enable Live Preview on Canvas window, even if I selected "Show editor and canvas".
I resolved by updating Xcode to version 11.1 (11A1027) (released on the same date as Catalina public release).
As I understand, working with Swift 5 requires Xcode 10.2, so I should upgrade my Xcode. But I am using hackintosh macOS 10.13.6 , the upgrade is very troublesome, because xcode10.2 requires macOS 10.14. so I want to stay with Xcode 10.1.
How can I achieve that?
1.Download and Install the Swift 5.0 Development Branch Toolchain.
2.Create Your Project or Target in Xcode 10.1
3.Go to the Top Menu and Select Xcode…Toolchains… Swift 5.0 Snapshot…
Xcode Toolchain Menu Item
When I try to open Xcode 10.2 after installing it from the App Store, it doesn't open. After a while, a dialog box comes with an error "check with the developer to make sure Xcode works with this version of mac os".
Can anyone help? My Mac OS is Mojave 10.14.2
Xcode 10.2 includes SDKs for iOS 12.2, watchOS 5.2, macOS 10.14.4, and
tvOS 12.2. Xcode 10.2 supports on-device debugging for iOS 8 and
later, tvOS 9 and later, and watchOS 2 and later. Xcode 10.2 requires
a Mac running macOS 10.14.3 or later.

Xcode 4.4.1 crashes in OS 10.9 when I switch to xib. file in my project.
Log shows that problem is connected to iOS 5.1 simulator.
Is it possible to add support of iOS 5.1 simulator in OS X 10.9?
If it is possible how can I solve this problem?
install later Xcode and copy SDK from older Xcode? (will it work?)
do something only with Xcode 4.4.1? (any way I need to install Xcode 5, but I need Xcode 4.4.1 too)
In Xcode you can specify which version of iOS the simulator shall use.
Preferences > Downloads
As far as I know in it is only possible to go back to iOS6.0 and iOS6.1 when using Xcode5.
This is related to Xcode and not OSX.
It will not work because in Xcode 5 under OS X v10.9 the iOS 5 simulator is not available. (I've tried it)
