"Handler java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler is not defined" when deploying Spring Boot WAR in Widlfy - spring-boot

I'm trying to develop a web application in Spring Boot to run on WildFly Full 23.0.2.Final.
The WildFly server is already running some 3rd EAR and WAR modules.
Once I build my WAR file and place in deployments following message appears in Console log:
Handler java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler is not defined
and starting this point no log events will appears from any entity, even from 3rd EAR and WAR modules.
I would like to use Log4j2 or even simple System.out.println.
I'm pretty sure that my pom.xml is the reason, I have to make an exclusion for
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-web</artifactId>
<exclusions>
<exclusion>
<groupId>ch.qos.logback</groupId>
<artifactId>logback-classic</artifactId>
</exclusion>
</exclusions>
please help to understand and resolve the problem.

#sGizmo Thanks your answer solved my issue. With Wildfly 26.1.1.Final, only adding logging.level.root=info to application.properties

Create a logging.properties file and put it on the classpath
src/main/resources/logging.properties
content of logging.properties:
handlers=java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler
.level=INFO

Spring Suite Tool "cannot be resolved to a type" error in Lombok

I have a problem about importing any Lombok feature in my spring boot app.
Although, I updated my maven project, It throws "cannot be resolved to a type" error.
I already installed Lombok in my Spring Suite Tool.
Here is the screenshoot shown below.
Here is my pom.xml file.

Here is my answer.
If you're using spring boot version upper 2.2.4.RELEASE, Lombok cannot be perceived.
I hope this situation will be fixed upper this version.

intellij cant see import no autoimport

Hi intellij cant see imports from start.spring.io
Is it because of new version of Intellij and spring 2.2.6
I have everywhere Error: java: cannot find symbol - all for annotation like spring.boot, persistence etc. Intellij cant find this imports.
Where i can find it manually if its necessary to solve this problem?
Idea.log file - https://files.fm/u/3tcr3nz5

How to fix: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: r: org.springframework.util.ReflectionUtils.accessibleConstructor

I´m setting up a new weblogic server to deploy and spring + angular application.
When I deploy it, server return the following error:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.springframework.util.ReflectionUtils.accessibleConstructor(Ljava/lang/Class;[Ljava/lang/Class;)Ljava/lang/reflect/Constructor;
org.springframework.util.ReflectionUtils.accessibleConstructor(Ljava/lang/Class;[Ljava/lang/Class;)Ljava/lang/reflect/Constructor;
I'm using a weblogic 12c with java 8 to deploy the application. I checked that probably it's a problem with different versions of dependencies in a module. But I didn't found any problem on it.

Updated
This is my weblogic.xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<weblogic-version>12.2.1</weblogic-version>
<context-root>/dgfdg-backend</context-root>
<container-descriptor>
<index-directory-enabled>true</index-directory-enabled>
<prefer-web-inf-classes>true</prefer-web-inf-classes>
<show-archived-real-path-enabled>true</show-archived-real-path-enabled>
</container-descriptor>
I used "prefer-web-inf-classes" to true, to avoid problems with my customs jar. I can't use "prefer-application-packages" with "prefer-web-inf-classes", they are incompatible.
SOLVED
Finally, I can resolve my problem. It was the way I created one of my own libraries that I used in my web service.
I was using it like an artifact but I need to create the jar using maven commands.
After create the library using "mvn clean package" and put it in my web service, I can deploy it without any problem.
The exception tell you that there is a class that doesn't have the default constructor without any parameter. Jackson library has problems with Weblogic and Spring.
Example of weblogic.xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<weblogic-web-app xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-web-app"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-web-app http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-web-app/1.8/weblogic-web-app.xsd">
<jsp-descriptor>
<keepgenerated>true</keepgenerated>
<debug>true</debug>
</jsp-descriptor>
<container-descriptor>
<prefer-application-packages>
<package-name>com.fasterxml.jackson.*</package-name>
</prefer-application-packages>
</container-descriptor>
<context-root>/</context-root>
</weblogic-web-app>
I can help you with the setup, I was developing applications with Weblogic 12.2.1.2 and JDK 8, I don't have any problem.

Non-parseable POM SpringBoot

My Project was working fine then I needed to add a dependency, After
adding the dependency I was not able to Import class file from newly
added dependency so I Updated the project Maven, Update Project after
that I started facing this issue.
I have tried these options.
1: Deleted .m2 directory
2: Deleted workspace
3: Re-Installed Maven

I am able to solved the issue by these steps.
Updated SpringBoot version 1.4.3.RELEASE to 1.5.14.RELEASE.
Closed the eclipse.
Deleted .m2 directory.
Open project in eclipse.
Maven Update Project.
Not sure why you added javaxt as repository, but it is giving you the wrong content for the spring-boot-starter-parent.
just click on http://www.javaxt.com/maven/org/springframework/boot/spring-boot-starter-parent/1.4.3.RELEASE/spring-boot-starter-parent-1.4.3.RELEASE.pom and you'll see the content. It should be a pom, but it is not.
I'd suggest removing or replacing the repository.
If the XML is well formed and there are no issues with the repositories, try using the previous version of Spring boot starter. Example -
<parent>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
<version>2.2.2.RELEASE</version>
<relativePath/> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
</parent>
And do a maven update, it should work.

For jar packaging, the jsp files should be in src/main/resources/META-INF/resources/.
For war packaging src/main/webapp/ is good.
