I have configured the TNS but my form builder connection says invalid user name and password. I am using the same username and password that I have used in the exact database.
ORA-01017 : invalid username/password ; logon denied

I recently installed Oracle Expression Edition on my Windows 10. I tried to use Oracle SQL Developer to connect to it. But I got this error:

But I can't make it work keep gettin the error:

I have a strange problem, the Oracle listener works just fine and has no problems, but when I connect to my company network the listener doesn't work, could any one advise me about that problem?
I am using xe oracle 11.
note: Host set here to "xxxxxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx", because I don't know if i'm officially allowed to list my computer name outside my network or not.

Thanks
I have replaced RAJESH-PC.xxxxx.xx.com with RAJESH-PC (hostname) or localhost in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora (path oraclexe\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server\network\admin) and restarted my system. It's working fine after connecting to VPN.

I have 2 Oracle database servers. How can I configure the listener(s) and TNS names on the local server so that the local server can run external procedures and access the remote one?
So far I have the following non-working configurations. What is wrong with it? Many thanks.
****TNSNAMES.ORA****
local_instance =
(description =
(address_list =
(address = (protocol = tcp)(host = localhost)(port = 1521))
(address = (protocol = ipc)(key=extproc0))
)
(connect_data =
(service_name = local_instance)
)
)
remote_instance =
(description =
(address_list =
(address = (protocol = tcp)(host = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)(port = 1521))
)
(connect_data =
(service_name = remote_instance)
)
)
