CannotAcquireLockFileErr how to fix this - cmd

I not able to remove the vm.lockfiles. I also do not know what this error means. What I am trying to do, is to replace a file on this old location.
After executing this :
#echo off
call
"C:\opt\skyspark\skyspark-09b2c7e8-f5cc-5f80-a180-005056c00003/bin/skyspark.bat"
%* -var "file:/C:/opt/skyspark/skyspark-3.0.22/var/"
I end up with this error

Mulesoft EC2 *describeInstances* with *filter* option

I'm having problems using the EC2 connector with filters for DescribeInstances. Specifically, I'm trying to find all instances that have the tag "classId" set.
I've also tried to find all instances that have the classId tag with specific string, e.g. "123".
Below are the XMLs of the describeInstance for both scenarios.
tag-key ------
<ec2:describe-instances doc:name="Describe instances" doc:id="ca64b7d4-99bb-4045-bbb4-16c0c27b1df5" config-ref="Amazon_EC2_Configuration">

</ec2:filters>
</ec2:describe-instances>
tag:classId:----
<ec2:describe-instances doc:name="Describe instances" doc:id="ca64b7d4-99bb-4045-bbb4-16c0c27b1df5" config-ref="Amazon_EC2_Configuration">

<ec2:filter name="tag:classId">
<ec2:values >
<ec2:value value="#['123']" />
</ec2:values>
</ec2:filter>
</ec2:filters>
</ec2:describe-instances>
Each time I receive an error like the following (for tag:classId):

********************************************************************************
NOTE: The code works without a filter, returning all instances. But, that isn't what I want or need. The more filtering I can do the faster the response.
Does anyone have samples of the filter option working? Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!
This surely is a bug. I tried the same and it was not working for me as well. I enabled debug logging and found that the connector is not sending the filter.1.Name=tag:classId as a query parameter in the request. Here is the debug log that I found. (Notice there is no filter.1.Name=tag:classId in the query string)
DEBUG 2021-04-02 21:55:17,198 [[MuleRuntime].uber.03: [test-aws-connector].test-aws-connectorFlow.BLOCKING #2dff3afe] [processor: ; event: 91a34891-93d0-11eb-af49-606dc73d31d1] org.apache.http.wire: http-outgoing-0 >> "Action=DescribeInstances&Version=2016-11-15&Filter.1.Value.1=123"
However, I tried to use the Expression or Bean Reference option and set the expression directly as [{name: 'tag:classId', values:['123']}] like this:
and it worked correctly. Here is the same debug log after this change
DEBUG 2021-04-02 21:59:17,198 [[MuleRuntime].uber.03: [test-aws-connector].test-aws-connectorFlow.BLOCKING #2dff3afe] [processor: ; event: 91a34891-93d0-11eb-af49-606dc73d31d1] org.apache.http.wire: http-outgoing-0 >> "Action=DescribeInstances&Version=2016-11-15&Filter.1.Name=tag%3AclassId&Filter.1.Value.1=123"
Also, I want to point out very weird behaviour, this does not work if you try to format [{name: 'tag:classId',values: ['123']}] across multiple lines in the expression and will give an error during deployment.

Creating DB2 XA Datasource using JBoss-CLI

I am trying to create DB2 XA Datasource using JBoss-cli using the following command.

Compile Issue under ProCOBOL due to SQLBEX

Have been trying to compile an existing Pro*COBOL program after making few changes, have verified the syntax and Non-Printable character which may cause issue for compilation.
But at the end, compilation for Pro*COBOL failing due one of .(dot) appearing under CALL to SQLBEX for the embedded SQL (Line Number 18106 under the listing).
See below code for more details, code snippet has been taken from Pro*COBOL code and the listing generated during compilation.
For other instances where SQLBEX is being called, the .(dot) doesn't appear. Would really appreciate any help.

Executing SQL Script using OSQL do not return resultcode

I am executing some sql queries using OSQL through inno setup. I am using following code to run OSQL. This is just for example purpose
SQLQuery:= '"EXEC sp_addserver ''PCNAME'';"';
Param:= '-S(local) -Usa -Psa -Q ' + SQLQuery;
Exec('osql.exe', Param, '', SW_HIDE, ewWaitUntilTerminated, ResultCode);
This works fine. The problem is ResultCode value is always 0. Even if the query does not get executed. For example if I try same query like below where I pass in an invalid stored procedure name the ResultCode is still 0.
SQLQuery:= '"EXEC sp_invalidname ''PCNAME'';"';
Param:= '-S(local) -Usa -Psa -Q ' + SQLQuery;
Exec('osql.exe', Param, '', SW_HIDE, ewWaitUntilTerminated, ResultCode);
Why don't this return me a proper code. If I run the second query in management studio I get an error like this
Msg 2812, Level 16, State 62, Line 1
Could not find stored procedure 'sp_invalidname'
Here return code is 2812. Why dont I get this when I run it through inno. What do I need to do to get this error code in inno?
Thanks to TLama, I updated my code as below and its working now. I had to add -b command line parameter and now it returns 1 if the command fails.
-b
Specifies that osql exits and returns a DOS ERRORLEVEL value when an error occurs. The value returned to the DOS ERRORLEVEL variable is 1 when the SQL Server error message has a severity of 11 or greater; otherwise, the value returned is 0. Microsoft MS-DOS batch files can test the value of DOS ERRORLEVEL and handle the error appropriately.
I updated my code as below.
Param:= '-S(local) -Usa -Psa -b -Q ' + SQLQuery;
Its explained in the documentation.

Given that windows has a character limit on the command line.
I'm using windows 8.1 and scala 2.11.0.
I was wondering, is there a way to set this as an environment/path variable or something to avoid this?
What would I have to change? I'm very new to messing around with system stuff like this, but I think I know where scala is called in the scripts and this argument is given. If that helps.
scalac accepts an #file parameter containing a file with arguments in. So if you can modify whatever script is calling scalac.bat to instead put the arguments in a temporary file arguments.txt and then call scalac #arguments.txt that should work.
