Intermittent spring boot Application startup failed - spring-boot

Question

I have a test automation framework written using Springboot and test NG. We maintains testng profile to execute the test suite. But we are seeing intermittent(4 out of 10 times) issue during the execution of testNg.xml.
I am using spring boot version : v1.5.1.RELEASE
