How to notify user via telegram in spring boot app& - spring-boot

I have spring boot app which able to notify users via their emails about some events. In mentioned case app is using user email. I need same functionality for telegram - by user nickname or phone number my app have to notify user about event.
How to implement sush simple case?

I have already worked on a very large scale project. One of the requirements was to send notifications through various channels, including Telegram Messenger.
You can choose different ways to do this, The solution I can suggest to you is to use the APIs that Telegram itself has to communicate with the core.
I guarantee you that many of your needs will be met through these APIs.
I will share the link that helped me a lot before, I hope I could have helped you.

Slack API : Ability to view all recently added users to Slack Channel

I am working on a POC to proof out the ability to get a list of all the new users who have been added to a specific Slack Channel. From my initial review of the Slack API I am not seeing anything that showcases this ability, I was curious to see if anyone had worked on something similar or could point me to resources that would be a viable solution.
I believe there is no ready-made API method available, that will give you that specific information. However, Slack is very flexible and you can use the existing building blocks to easily add additional features as needed.
E.g. To get the requested information you can develop a small Slack app that listens to the member_joined_channel and member_left_channel events to keep track of when members joined a channel.
If you need a historical record of membership in a channel, you could use the Slack API's groups.history method, page through results, and build a membership log by looking for events of type member_joined_channel and member_left_channel through time.

Sending web push notifications from Laravel

I have a website running Laravel in the back-end, where users can create reports for other users.
When the report is created I would like to send a push notification to recipient user's desktop.
Do I need to use services like Pusher, OneSignal?
Any useful site with examples would be appreciated.
Your question
You could use Pusher, Redis/Socket.io, Pubnub, etc. Which one to use? well, this is more an opinion-based question.
These services broadcast events, then in your client apps (like your web front-end) you configure the client-side libraries of the service you choose to subscribe (to channels) and listen to those events. The documentation explains it better.
Examples/tutorials
Pusher
This is a tutorial published by the Pusher team.
Redis/Socket.io
This one
is a Laracasts series about this.
Just google.
Update
There is a Laravel-specific alternative, a package created exclusively for Laravel:
Laravel WebSockets
This is the post talking about the package and its inner working.
This is the repo.
Here you have the documentation.
If you like to show Native Desktop notification then i would suggest Web Push notification. In this way once user subscribed to push notification ,they will get real time notification and does not need to be on your website.

Slack File Library

I really like Slack but my organization won't allow it if we cannot disable file sharing features. I'm trying to find out whether I can either disable uploads of certain file types or hide the file library all together. Their support says there's no way to do this natively but is this possible with the API?
No, not to my knowledge. The main focus of the API is not to configure your Slack team, but to enable bots and 3rd party apps to communicate with your Slack team and retrieve information. All core configuration for your Slack team has to be done in admin settings and apparently you have already learned from Slack support team that you can not deactivate file sharing in admin settings.
But I think I might have a solution for you. You can create a Slack bot that automatically blocks sharing of files in channels. (technically the bot would auto delete any message that is a file share form a user). Users would still be able to upload files, but they wont be able to share them. At least not in any public and known private channel. However there is a caveat: As I understand the bot would not be able to block users from sharing files in direct messaging channels though.
We are using a similar bot to block messages from unauthorized users in some private channels, which works nicely. Our bot is a simple Slack app with a bot user and using the Events API to receive all messages from all channels he is invited too. The bot then checks each new message and deletes the ones that does not fulfill some criteria. In our case if the message comes from a user that is not on the whitelist.

Is Parse the right choice if your app does not need Facebook integration?

I want to build something similar to a poll service for mobile but it doesn't need Facebook.
After Facebook's acqusition, is Parse.com still a viable option if your web app does not need Facebook integration? Could app developers (customers) log in to my backend without a Facebook account?
Is it possible to build premium features with Parse and then charge for them?
Do you own your data when using Parse.com? I.e., can you export it in case you decide to move to another service in the future?
I am hoping someone with experience can shed some light on this. Thank you!

yes,for now.

yes

yes
I'd suggest you always have a backup plan, when using a BAAS.I pity Stackmob users that didnt. You dont know if parse will still be there in 3 years or their features and pricing will change.Never rely on a BAAS on the long run.
Yes parse has standalone login features with username, and password, in addition to twitter, and facebook. They even handle lost password reset's via email as long as the user has the email field entered. You can check if the user's email has been verified via the emailVerified field.
I'm using stripe.com's payment system via parse's cloud code. I will admit this is not a complete drop in feature for parse yet, but maybe in the future. stripe is made for developers, and I find it to be a very powerful payment system. I can answer some basic stripe/parse questions as I have written myself basically a semi-complete API for handling customers, card, and charges.

Any suggestion for companies or service for global SMS API?

You might used whatsapp or LINE from iOS or Android smartphone.
You need to activate your account but input your phone number at the first time.
And the app will try to send a SMS message to your phone for authentication.
Do you have any suggestion how they achieve this?
As far as I think, there might be some SMS API Service companies to help on that.
If so, do anyone have some suggestions or list for those companies which provide integrated global SMS Service API (via Web API to trigger)
And also if I want to receive SMS message from users, is there any suggested company to help on receiving SMS?
Or is there any better way to achieve similar goals (Sending and Receiving SMS via Web API worldwide)
I know that the company Twilio does it. Check this out http://www.twilio.com/api/sms
What you're talking about is often called as two-factor authorization, mobile verification API, one time password API. We (and me, personally) implemented this as a part of our SMS API.
As a first step, you must generate the code. And after the user received the message and entered it in your UI, you're validating it.
