How to publish a community developed IBM QRadar App at IBM App Exchange - software-distribution

In documentation I do see that IBM QRadar does support community app development and publishing:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/qradar-common?topic=overview-faqs-about-apps
However, when at the IBM Security App Exchange
https://exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com/hub
and selecting select the QRadar checkbox on top-left at Brands, and Application checkbox at Content Type, out of all 202 QRadar apps found, all apps belong to "IBM and Business Partner Applications" category, while 0 to "Community Provided Applications" category. Indeed there are 0 community-related for all content types
Are IBM Business Partners only entitled to publish Apps at IBM Security App Exchange?
best regards

How to send report/story by e-mail in SAP Analytics Cloud

We are using SAP Analytics Cloud and since many users didn't have a license, we simply used to published the Stories and send them to their email address by providing their office email addresses in the non-SAP Analytics Cloud Recipients text box while in the Publish window.
These users now have their own licenses and we can now send them the reports (stories) so they can receive an alert in SAC and directly view the stories in SAP Analytics, but now we are unable to also send the stories to their office email addresses.
We are also now using SAP Cloud Foundry so could that be related?
All good now. After trying once again it worked. Thanks.

IBM MQ Internet Pass-Thru licensing requirement

We have an IBM MQ Internet Pass-Thru V2.1.0.1(MQIPT) configured within our organization that consumes the messages published by an external organization 'X'. The external organization 'X' has distributed this MQIPT to use within our premises. We are trying to consume the messages published by 'X' to an IBM MQ (fully licensed) hosted on their side via the MQIPT hosted in our premises.
We have used the .NET library 'XMS.Net' (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/xms-net-%E2%80%93-overview) to consume the messages via MQIPT. The licensing says it is free for a period of 90 days.
In this configuration, what is the licensing requirement that we need for using the XMS.NET IBM C# library?
Can anybody tell me if we need to purchase any licenses in addition to what 'X' already has? If yes, how much does it usually cost?
I am trying to get help from IBM, but considering their prioritization, I hope I can get a quicker answer from here.
Your question covers 2 separate products, MQ Client and MQ IPT.
XMS.Net is part of the MQ Client for .Net, which is a free product:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-mq/9.2?topic=information-mq-client-net-license
But MQIPT requires a license. Though I don't think it is licensed on its own, but as part of a full MQ license:
"If you have purchased IBM MQ entitlement, you can install as many copies as required of MQIPT. MQIPT installations are not counted against your purchased IBM MQ entitlement."
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-mq/9.1?topic=overview-mq-internet-pass-thru
You will need to ask IBM whether the MQ license of company X covers the MQIPT installations in your network (unlikely), or what is the minimum MQ license you need to purchase to use MQIPT.

Sizing for Azure Chat bot when using Azure Web App for one Chat bot user

What is the sizing required for Azure Chat Bot service when using Azure WebApp when one user is logged in using chat service
The Bot Service pricing is here. There are two plans, FREE and Standard. If you send and reply messages to your bot more than 10,000 times/month, you should choose the Standard plan. But if you use only standard channels, you could choose the Free plan. The Standard channels are Microsoft first-party services (such as Skype, Cortana and Microsoft Teams) and services with publicly available Bot API’s (such as Facebook and Slack).
You also need to size the App Service Plan. If you don't need bot availability, you could choose the FREE plan.

Could I create a bot in the Enterprise intranet to connect to Lync?

The example in MS Official website is a skybot and needs to register it to Bot Framework developer portal before using it.
Is it possible to connect my bot and Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business in the intranet directly?
How do I do?
No its not possible.
Firstly, lync is not a valid channel for the framework (Skype for Business isn't either, but it seems like the devs might be working on adding Skype for Business)
vote to add skype for business here
They also aren't planning on creating Enterprise only bots source

Connecting Outlook 2007 to Domino 6.5?

Outlook (2007 now) is my favorite mail client and I would like to keep using it for both private and work emails. But with my new work, I discovered (with horror) that we have to use Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes 6.5 as client.
Is it possible to get my Lotus mails inside Outlook while maintaining my private POP mails in their existing PST ?
Here is the configuration:
Lotus Domino server version is 6.5
Outlook 2007 (fully patched) with a pst file created to handle private POP mail accounts.
MS Office Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino v2.0.4007.0
EDIT: Of course, I have tried to add the account directly using Tools ==> Account Settings ==> New ==> Other ==> Lotus Notes Mail, exit Outlook and re-open it. Then I get the following error:
The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occured.
MAPI was unable to load the information service nwnsp.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
(This also my first question to StackOverflow so it is my way to test the return of this site.)
EDIT 1/07/2009: As I have discovered that the POP/SMTP ports were opened, I have decided to use this method to retrieve and send emails, fully aware of the disadvantage of the methods but at leas,t I am now using Outlook as client.
The best way to do it is to use Domino Access Manager for Outlook.
There is an IBM redbook that provides all the details here:
http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg246754.html
Abtract:
This IBM Redbook discusses IBM Lotus® Domino® Access for Microsoft® Outlook, the software solution that allows Outlook client users to easily access mail and calendar data that is stored on Lotus Domino servers.
If you want to improve the reliability and scalability of your messaging infrastructure and to add collaboration, upgrading from Microsoft Exchange to IBM Lotus Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook (DAMO) provides the solution. With DAMO, you have reliable, scalable, and secure Lotus Domino Messaging to Microsoft Outlook users without requiring users to change from the Outlook client -- users simply work with mail, calendar, and task data on Lotus Domino instead of Microsoft Exchange. Familiar Microsoft Outlook features are supported, including rich text, folders and Directory Catalog. Lotus Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook also gives Microsoft Outlook users the additional benefits of Domino Messaging features, including full text search capability for their mailbox and native support for Internet standards (SMTP/MIME and HTML).
