Eventhub Connection 1000 Tokens limitation issue when uses StartingEventPostion - spark-streaming

Without "starting EventPostion", it was running well.
After adding "startingEventPostion", then it got this error:
java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: com.microsoft.azure.eventhubs.QuotaExceededException: status-code: 403, status-description: The maximum number of '1000' tokens per connection has been reached. ...

Google.apis returns error code 400 after creating maximum amount of service account keys

We are using Google.apis Version 1.36.1 SDK in order to create service account keys for GCP Service accounts.
When we reach maximum amount of keys (10) instead of getting a valid error message / error code we recieve a general 400 error code with a "Precondition check failed." message.
We used to get error code 429 indicating we have reached maximum amount of keys.
Current GoogleApiException object :
Google.GoogleApiException: Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError
Precondition check failed. [400]
Errors [
Message[Precondition check failed.] Location[ - ] Reason[failedPrecondition] Domain[global]
]
The current return code does not provide us with enough information, Is there any other way for us to know the reason of the failure ?
This error message is also related to limits. You can take the official documentation for the Classroom API as an example.
I have found myself in a similar situation where we were deleting service account keys to immediately create new ones. We were getting the same error because there is a delay on the system where it can take from 60-90 seconds to delete the key for you to be able to create it again.

What could be the reason for CannotGetJdbcConnectionException?

Does anybody have an idea where to look for the cause of the following exception:
org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is org.apache.tomcat.jdbc.pool.PoolExhaustedException: [SimpleAsyncTaskExecutor-240] Timeout: Pool empty. Unable to fetch a connection in 30 seconds, none available[size:100; busy:0; idle:0; lastwait:30000].
What I find really strange is that it says that no connections are available while none are busy.
Everywhere that I look, the same error occurs but the number of busy connections is at least greater than 0.
I don't know whether this matters, but Tomcat version is 8.5.20.
Any idea are welcome!

Kafka elasticsearch connector - 'Flush timeout expired with unflushed records:'

I have a strange problem with kafka -> elasticsearch connector. First time when I started it all was great, I received a new data in elasticsearch and checked it through kibana dashboard, but when I produced new data in to kafka using the same producer application and tried to start connector one more time, I didn't get any new data in elasticsearch.
Now I'm getting such errors:

I checked connection to kafka brokers, elasticsearch and schema-registry(schema-registry and connector are on the same host at this moment) and all is fine. Kafka brokers are running on port 9093 and I'm able to read data from topics using kafka-avro-console-consumer.
I'll be gratefull for any help on this!
Just update flush.timeout.ms to bigger than 10000 (10 seconds which is the default)
According to documentation:
flush.timeout.ms
The timeout in milliseconds to use for periodic
flushing, and when waiting for buffer space to be made available by
completed requests as records are added. If this timeout is exceeded
the task will fail.
Type: long Default: 10000 Importance: low

Below are key parameter which can control message rate flow to eventually help to solve issue:
flush.timeout.ms: Increase might help to give more breath on flush time

max.buffered.records: Try reducing buffer record limit
The maximum number of records each task will buffer before blocking
acceptance of more records. This config can be used to limit the
memory usage for each task
batch.size: Try reducing batch size
The number of records to process as a batch when writing to
Elasticsearch
tasks.max: Number of parallel thread(consumer instance) Reduce or Increase. This will control Elastic Search if bandwidth not able to handle reduce task may help.
It worked my issue by tuning above parameters

How can i resolve HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.googleapis.com', port=443) Max retries exceeded with url (Google cloud storage)

I have created API using Django Rest Framework.
API communicates with GCP cloud storage to store profile Image(around 1MB/pic).
While performing load testing (around 1000 request/s) to that server.
I have encountered the following error.
I seem to be a GCP cloud storage max request issue, but unable to figure out the solution of it.
Exception Type: SSLError at /api/v1/users
Exception Value: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.googleapis.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /storage/v1/b/<gcp-bucket-name>?projection=noAcl (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: SysCallError(-1, 'Unexpected EOF')",),))
Looks like you have the answer to your question here:
"...buckets have an initial IO capacity of around 1000 write requests
per second...As the request rate for a given bucket grows, Cloud
Storage automatically increases the IO capacity for that bucket"
Therefore it automatically Auto-Scale. The only thing is that you need to increase the requests/s gradually as described here:
"If your request rate is expected to go over these thresholds, you should start with a request rate below or near the thresholds and then double the request rate no faster than every 20 minutes"
Looks like your bucket should get an increase of I/O capacity that will work in the future.
You are actually right in the edge (1000 req/s), but I guess this is what is causing your error.

I am not able to figure our why i am getting this exception. Can some one please help ?
The producer is timing out trying to send messages. I notice you are using localhost in your bootstrap. Make sure a broker is available locally and listening on port 9092.
Issue resolved by setting advertised.listeners in server.properties to PLAINTEXT://<ExternalIP>:9092.
Note: Kafka is deployed over aws.
