Making a stacked barchart with 3 columns of data with D3.js - d3.js

I am new to D3.js. I am trying to use the content of this .csv file to make a stacked bar chart. The x axis represents the movie's names and the y axis represents the box office. each stacked bar will represent the budget and the profit(box office -budget) of each movie.
This is the csv:

It's impossible to append a <text> to a <rect>. Just add the texts separately:

You're appending to slice, which is a selection of all the bar groups, not the bars themselves. Try something like this to get started:

Tooltips doesn't work on d3js

I have a problem... I am not able to include tooltips.. i've tried to do it with d3noobs tutorial and with much other.. But it doesn't work..
