Hibernate + MariaDB + Entity with Geometry fails - spring-boot

Question

I'm trying to write a #Controller retrieving information of a repository. Here is my configuration:
In my pom.xml:

My #Entity is:

I have dockerized an instance of MariaDB 10.2.
At the beginning I had empty this point column, because from some places I got latitudes and longitudes with double values.
I wrote a sql script to fill this column with next code:
Update city
Set point = GeomFromText(CONCAT('POINT(',longitude, ' ', latitude,'), 4326'));
After this, I got filled point column with point coordinates successfully.
But now when I try to use CityRepository interface i'm getting this error:
