I want to extract the dimensions of the image from the URL in google Sheet. Found this Library that does exactly what I am after.

But I am very new to this scenario and wondering what exactly I should use in the script editor. If I follow the above I can't get the results.

When I saw your provided sample Spreadsheet, it seems that the Spreadsheet and your script are as follows.

Modification points:
In this case, you put a custom function of =myFunction(A2) to a cell. But your script doesn't retrieve the value.
At the custom function, DriveApp.getFileById(fileId) cannot be used because of the limitation.
Your script doesn't return the values.
When these points are reflected in the script for achieving your goal, it becomes as follows.
Modified script:
Please replace your current script with the following script and save the script. And, please put a custom function of =myFunction(A2) to a cell. By this, the width and height are returned.

=image("Link") is the formula, but i cant use the cell location as the link.

I created an Apps Script method to achieve your target as it is not possible to do it using formula.
Here's the script I did with comments:

You should add triggers next after pasting the script. Go to your Script Editor and click Edit->Current project's triggers->Add Trigger->under Select event type, select On edit->click Save
Next, to test the trigger and script, paste a URL of a PNG image format in the spreadsheet to validate the result.

Early this year (i think) Google released the functionality to sort (and filter) by colors in google-sheet.
I wanna use this feature in my sheets, but all my sorts are done programmatically within my scripts using (for a simplified example) :
SpreadsheetApp.getActive().getSheetByName("Test").getRange("A:I").sort({column 2, ascending: false}); (as in reality the parameters will be calculated outside the sort, but that's not the issue here).
I'm struggling to find documentation or examples to fill the SortSpecObj passed to the Range.sort() function to add conditions on cell color. I've tried: color, background, bgcolor, fill, fillcolor, ... but none of them seems to work.
I'm not trying to extract the values from the sheet to sort them and push them back into the sheet, and I'm also not looking to add another column to my sheet with and numerical value to do the sorting. I want to access with code to the functionality available graphically in the web application.
Or if we can override the sort function used by the class Range, but as the code is native, I don't think it will be possible, or the performances will be way too much impacted.

I believe your goal as follows.
You want to sort the range by the background color of the cells using Google Apps Script.
Issue and workaround:
Unfortunately, in the current stage, it seems that sort(sortSpecObj) of Class Range cannot sort by the background colors of cells. But when Sheets API is used, I thought that your goal can be achieved. In this answer, as a workaround, I would like to propose to use "SortRangeRequest" of the method of "spreadsheets.batchUpdate" in Sheets API.
The flow of this sample script is as follows.
Retrieve the background colors from the cells.
Create the request body for using the batchUpdate method of Sheets API.
Request to Sheets API using the request body.
Sample script:

I have linked part of a sheet in google doc (as linked object). Now, whenever I change the sheet data, I can click a button in google doc and the data is reflected in the google doc linked sheet too (this is all built in google doc stuff).
What I want to do is the other side of this. I am able to see a bunch of data in one place (google doc) based on the sheets I have linked. I would like to update the data in the google doc, and "upload" it to the linked google sheets.
I am trying to write a script to do that. But cannot seem to find any method to access linked sheets. I found this slides API page that can does the sheet -> slide syncing.
I am looking at the document API page, but I scanning through add... and get... methods, I don't see to find any way to get linked objects. Is it represented as NamedRange? If so, how do I access it?
There was another similar question, but without any satisfactory answer.
If you can share some pointers to get started, I would appreciate it.

You can find the Table elements in your Document via findElement(elementType). If that's the only Table in your Document, as in the sample you shared, this is immediate.
Once you retrieve the Table, you can loop through its rows and cells and come up with a 2D array with the values from the table:

Maybe this is one of the impossible ones, but here goes.
I have a ton of images of qr-codes in a folder. It doesnt matter if its in google drive or in a local folder for me.
I would a script that automaticly loads all images in column A and then the file names in column B. AND automaticly adds new images when uploaded to the google drive folder.
Example:
Qr1.jpeg will be loaded into cell a1 and cell b1 will be "Qr1"
Qr2.jpeg will be loaded into cell a2 and so on..
It would be nice if the images are scaled to 10x10 cm. :)
Is this even possible?

Not the Complete Answer...but it's a part
I've been working on getting thumbnails into my spreadsheet ever since you asked this question. I won't go into all the paths I took but I finally found this Github link in the comments of this issue
Which resulted in the following code:

It's possible to do via Find&Replace:
Find jpg and Replace to jpg", 1)

Select rows and Scale them
and the same for png image-urls.

Is it possible to automate it via script? I think - YES! It have to be pretty simple but I googled a lot but haven't found the solution. I can't do it myself as don't know coding. Will anyone help and make this script?
A function to do what you ask is simple, if you have a basic understanding of the language (Javascript), know how to use the development environment, and read the API documentation.

You can absolutely do this with the find and replace function under the edit menu, just make sure you click "search in formulas" and it will find and replace in the formula.
