maven package does not exist error even after including dependency - spring-boot

I am getting package does not exist error when trying to build. What am I missing here? I have checked most of the StackOverflow solutions.

I found lots of solution,but they are not ok for my project

I want to connect to postgressql Database from my springboot application. But I am getting error in maven for hibernate.org
I have downloaded hibernate dependencies in my local. This is my first spring boot project. I think it is not about database connection. All of the problems are in pom.xml file and maven dependencies. Also I am using intellij IDEA.

I can not connect to swagger with spring boot

I have added open-api-ui dependency but it gives me "Failed to load remote configuration." Error message in http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui/index.html. I am sharing my pom.xml file. If Another file needed tell me to share please.

No matter which page I go to and which mappings I define, it always redirects to http://localhost:8080/login and does not see my predefined mappings. I searched the internet but couldn't find a clear answer.
I tried disable the spring security dependencies but it still doesn't works.

But once I try to download the dependencies I get this error Cannot resolve org.springframework:spring-core:5.3.10 in Intellij, does anyone know what is wrong with it ? or how should I fix it ?

The problem just was that I didn't update the JAVA_HOME variable to JDK 17 and it was still on 16.

My appengin-web.xml not creating in the target, that's disallow me from deploy my app on the GCP

Im deploying my spring boot app on GCP 'java configuration'. Im having error when typing:
mvn com.google.cloud.tools:appengine-maven-plugin:run
java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException:/home/obaidi2500/ReviewContainer/target/ReviewContainer/WEB-INF/appengine-web.xml.
Please DO NOT DOWN RATE my question, we all learning from the experienced people, and remember yourself when you where beginner !
When i check my target directory i wont find the appengine-web.xml in the folder, and i doubled check the pom.xml file it seems like the directory set up is ok. And also im using Google Cloud SDK.

In regards to this type of errors, remove the below line:
