how i can verify my account with a credit card from Russia?
I'm not sure if this is related to the current situation in the world, but I have this error:

Unable to verify your card. Please try later or contact your financial institution for help.

I tried my credit card for payment in my personal account on Heroku. It shows Unable to verify your card. error.
I tried with my debit card also still getting same error.
I'm trying to Verify my account. and when I entered my credit card I got this error:
Unable to recognize the postal code. Please retry, or if the error persists contact support at https://help.heroku.com/.
I checked all my billing information (I'm located in Algeria North Africa) and tried again and the error persist.
Next I tried a random Florida address and a postal code. This time I got another error:
Unable to verify your card. Please try later or contact your financial institution for help.
Need to note that my card work just fine with every other website: Amazon, Google.. etc.
I tried another card and got the very same errors.
I had the same issue there, please make sure the billing address 1 is correct like the one used on the card holding bank that works for me.
I am trying to use a custom domain for a node.js app I'm hosting on heroku.
For that I am trying to use my card to verify my account, however I keep getting a general error message or I get "Error Unable to verify your card. Please try later or contact your financial institution for help."
I checked with my bank and they said the bank and Visa are allowing the transaction to go through. The charges even show as pending on my bank statement.
So I'm not sure what is preventing my account from getting verified.
Any suggestions would be helpful
I used different international debit cards, but its always showing
"Your request failed. Ensure your payment method info is correct or add a new payment method to your Google Account. Learn more [OR-CCSEH-05]".
I tried to pay by entering card info's to google play console while creating developer account.
The card address and your address should be the same, this error result from different country on the card than your location.
Change your google payments address to your card country.
Try the How to change your Google Play country.
Or contact Google Play Support for more help.
how can you add and connect payment for debit or credit cards using Wix if you are in Africa?.. And also how can you solve "the payment has is not allowed by the card issuer" error in paypal
