My Google adsense account is verified, then also i'll need to verify my ID after buying play console developer account?

I have a Google Adsense account, I'm using it to show ads on my websites, also I'm using Admob to show ads on my applications. Everything is working fine as I have successfully verified my ID and Address with PIN and receiving money. And now I want to publish my applications on Google Play Store so I visited website to buy console account, it's written that google may ask to verify my identity and if failed money won't be refunded. My question is that after buying it, will google ask me to verify my identity with my photograph and government ID ?
They usually do not try to verify you, but usually it happened when you want to get payment for IAP (in app purchases) inside your apps.
Then they will ask for government ID (I recommend using passport), and will ask you to add a bank account to receive your money, it will take couple of days then they will verify you.
Do not worry it is normal process, the nonrefundable part is the 24$ you pay to open Google Play Developer account.
They may ask you to verify your phone number (it depends on your country, this is not done in all countries)

Does the Google Play Store require a user to have a form of payment?

I am developing a cross-platform app that will eventually be on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store. My app is free.
I understand that a user does not have to a credit card (or any payment method) to have an Apple ID and use the App Store and download apps).
I was helping an Android user install our app from the Google Play Store (in beta not in production yet) and it said the user needed a payment method. This particular user does NOT want to associate his credit cards or a debit card with is account. I think we will have more people with this concern.
Research indicates that Goole Play does NOT require a credit card or any payment. If so, then why did it ask this user for a payment method?
The Google Play Store does not require users to have a payment method. In any dialog prompting for this, there is a "Skip" option.

can I create multiple Google play developer account with same credit/debit card?

Currently I am having one google play developer account.I want to Open New Account with same debit card which I used for my current account.all my details will be same as my old account.
In Short, can I create multiple Google play developer account with same credit/debit card?
Is it legal?
I also want to know that, If one of my account gets banned, will it affect second one, since both are created using same debit card.
It's fine, just be warned that if one is suspended, there's a good chance that both will br
No, you can not buy multiple accounts with the same Debit/Credit card.
Whenever one account is suspended/terminated then any other accounts with the same card will have the same actions taken.
Some days ago, a friend bought a console account, then after some time he bought another friend an account using same card. When the new friend's account was terminated, the first account was also terminated.

Parse app for clients

I have made a Parse-based app that allows the user to send a push notification to everyone who downloads the app. It's a kind of quick public address system for a congregation, school, club, etc.
Other leaders have expressed an interest in my app for their communities. But these people are not tech-savvy and have no interest in becoming Apple developers for $100 a year, so building custom apps for them is not an option. Even if I did it for them, I would be concerned that they would mess something up that would require a lot of time on my part to repair. They just want to use the app for their communities.
My question: Could I make custom apps for these groups, keep them on my iTunesConnect account, and simply make a new Parse account for each app? That way, the group leaders would only need to know how to log into Parse and send a push notification on the Parse website.
Thank you,
Eli
You could. It could be done with a single app that everyone downloads and then configures to connect it to their specific parse app.
It's possible that you could write the app so it doesn't know the parse account details and they need to be entered on the device. It's also possible that you could supply that detail with an invite e-mail that opens the app and has the details in the URL query.

wp7 access SIM programmatically

I am attempting to download a contact from a webservice and want to save it to the SIM card as a .vcf file in order to use the 'import from sim card' functionality on wp7. I am not seeing any access to the sim card in the msdn refeference. Does anyone have an idea of if this is possible?
Thanks!
mark
There's no way to access the underlying hardware of a wp7, this includes the sim card.
You could save each contact at a time using a SavePhoneNumberTask, but you would need to ask the user permission before it imports or your app will fail certification.
As Joseph mentions, you cannot write directly to the SIM card. Given the extent of information available in VCF, I'd recommend using SaveContactTask to allow the user to save the details.
Doing so will navigate away from your application while the user saves the contact, but it will notify you after come back (even if they cancelled)
