Installing Dream textures dependency failed: OSError [ERRNO 30] - installation

I have encountered a problem in installing Dream textures in Blender. After installing the addon, you need to install a dependency. But after clicking installing the depency, it returns error, with last line as:
File "/snap/blender/2790/3.3/python/lib/python3.10/tarfile.py", line 2195, in makefile
with bltn_open(targetpath, "wb") as target:
OSError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system: '/snap/blender/2790/3.3/python/include/python3.10/pystate.h'
Does anyone have any idea, how to solve this problem?
What I have already tried:
Since it seems like, python-script didn't work because the file is read-only. I removed all the permissions of the directory. But then appears that you cannot remove the permissions, even as a root user.
Using chown to change directory owner. After that tried to remove the permissions. But still not allowed to do it.
Thanks

start blender with admin rights (sudo) from the console. Install the plugin and dependencies.
Quit blender and start as normal user.

How to resolve package conflicts Fedora 33

I was did a fresh installation on Fedora 33, now I observed that I got an error, such that

You are not alone! I had this same problem and fortunately this solves it:

Anaconda: An unexpected error ocurred on Navigator start-up

I had installed Anaconda, I had managed to launch it and then use R or python, and today I can no longer launch it and I get this error (I get the same error when I run the software in administrator mode)

I follow the suggestions:
https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/6006
,
https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/1984
These commands helped me:
conda update anaconda-navigator
conda update navigator-updater
anaconda-navigator --reset
I use the anaconda in win10 x64 (python3.x) and I got this problem this morning as well. All the things had been done in anaconda was that I installed a package called pywinauto, then I turned off the computer and went home.
I follow the suggestion from https://groups.google.com/a/continuum.io/forum/#!topic/anaconda/4hBTDOcDzgo by lan, I update the anaconda by using the command.
conda update anaconda-navigator
However, the error occurred the same.
Then I reboot the computer and restart the anaconda, magic thing happens! the anaconda works fine!
I think maybe some configuration has been changed when I install the new package, and this change is conflicted with the current configuration which you need to reboot the computer to fix it. you should note that turn off computer then restart it is not equal to reboot it.
So, just reboot the computer and it will be fine.
Facing the same error initially, I tried other solutions given here by executing the commands in anaconda terminal but nothing works in my case as I was getting the following error on executing command
Load Error: invalid yaml at position 0
This means .condarc file is either corrupted due to some reason or there may be some changes in it.
The solution that worked for me is to delete .condarc. As the .condarc configuration file follows simple YAML syntax.
.condarc is automatically created in your home directory the time you run anaconda navigator.
Conda will re-create it, again.
Hope it Helps!!
Try removing .condarc from your directory and check if it works. I had the same issue and it worked for me. I hope it works for you.
I had same Problem , when i tried to update the anaconda navigator, there was conda memory error...Finally,Simple Reset Command Worked for me...!!
anaconda-navigator --reset
If the above solutions are not work,just turn off the proxy.
enter image description here
I faced the same issue.I used the v2ray and proxyfier throught the connect internet.Then I exit the proxyfier and v2ray and reopen the anaconda navigator.finally slove the problem.

pip install --user error under OS X (virtualenv doesn't fix it)

I used to install python (2.7.6) packages using sudo pip install [...] until I recently decided that this was a bad idea and I should use: pip install --user [...] instead.
Since I am using Mac OS X (10.10.3), my python modules had been installed into /Library/Python/2.7/site-packages. Now, with the --user option enabled, they are being installed into: /Users/USER/Library/Python/2.7/lib/python/site-packages
I have since moved all packages (including pip/setuptools) into this destination, adjusted my $PYTHONPATH and changed the file ownership to my local user. I expected that I would now be able to call pip install --user [..] and everything should go smoothly.
Unfortunately, this is not the case. For any pip install (or pip install --upgrade) command I receive the same error (below). The same is true when using a virtualenv - the same error shows up and I have no clue why.
However, everything does work "fine", when I use sudo pip install --user, which is why I assume that it is somehow related to a file-permission error I can not see. (It's not exactly fine, as the newly installed package will be in the right location, but all files are owned by root.)
Any idea what I am doing wrong or how to debug this?

I also checked the location of pkg_resources and deleted pkg_resources.pyc, which is located in /usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages for some reason, but it didn't change anything. (My local user also has full access rights in this location.)
[UPDATE:]
For some reason I was able to install virtualenv without root (pip install --user virtualenv), but all other packages I tried still fail. Also, if I switch to a new virtual environment, I still receive the same error. I am now thinking this is related to my $PYTHONPATH variable, which appears to not be updated for my virtualenv, but I haven't found the real solution, yet.
Alright, so I found the actual problem and solution. My $PYTHONPATH contained an invalid directory. I setup my $PYTHONPATH a long time ago and wrote it into a .bashrc (or more accurately .bash_profile) script.
pip was probably looking through all directories in $PYTHONPATH, although I don't know what it is doing in each of them that causes the above error, but removing the invalid directory fixed my problems.
I also now highly recommend to just use virtualenv instead of a static setup.

cx_freeze builds Mac program that runs from command line but dies when clicked

I have a Python 2.7/PyQt4 program that I am attempting to freeze with cx_freeze. The program also uses requests, serial, xml.etree.ElementTree, and collections. Using the unmodified setup.py generated by cxfreeze-quickstart-2.7, I can successfully build as both a console program (python setup.py build) and an .app (python setup.py bdist_mac) in Yosemite using Python from macports. If I run the program directly either from the app bundle or the dist:
$ build/MacDISE-1.0.app/Contents/MacOS/macdise
$ dist/macdise
It runs exactly as expected. If I open from the command line:
$ open -a /Users/jeffemandel/macdise/build/MacDISE-1.0.app
I get the dreaded
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed for the application /Users/jeffemandel/macdise/build/MacDISE-1.0.app with error -10810.
I worked through a number of potential issues raised by Dan McCombs (distutils.util.get_platform, sys.arg), but these don’t seem to be the problem. Through brute force trial and error, I found that if I put all of my code in a separate module, simply importing that module (without actually invoking it) causes the 10810 error, so I figured it was finding a library when run from the command line, but not from the app. I put the dist directory on a thumb drive and ran it on another Mac that doesn't have Python, Qt4, etc installed, and got this:
packages/cx_Freeze/initscripts/Console.py", line 27, in <module> File "macdise.py", line 4, in <module>
File "ExtensionLoader_PyQt4_QtGui.py", line 11, in <module>
ImportError: dlopen(/Volumes/NO NAME/dist/PyQt4.QtGui.so, 2): Library not loaded: /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/QtGui.framework/Versions/4/QtGui
Referenced from: /Volumes/NO NAME/dist/PyQt4.QtGui.so
Reason: image not found
When I look in dist, there is a file QtGui that is the same size as the one in /opt. So it seems the failure is dlopen(PyQt4.QtGui.so) returning a hard-coded path to the QtGui library. I'm guessing the solution is simple, but I haven't stumbled across it yet.
Update: I looked at the libraries in build/Contents/MacOS/PyQt4.*.so with otool, and these all have #executable_path (as opposed to hard-coded paths in dist). My stupid. So I repeated the process of moving the program, only using the MacOS folder rather than the dist folder, and executing macdise from the command line on my wife's MBP. The problem turned out to be in the way I was looking for the included_files. I changed this to:
if getattr(sys, 'frozen', False):
uiName = os.path.join(os.path.dirname(sys.executable), "tabDISE.ui" )
else:
uiName = "tabDISE.ui"
and it runs. What would have saved me a day would be a way to automagically dump the error message generated when executing from the command line to the console log. If someone knows how to do this, it would be a big help.

Run Scheme Program in Sublime Text Ubuntu

I tried to run a program using scheme syntax but I couldn't. I got this ...
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'gsi'
[cmd: ['gsi', '-:d-', '/home/salinas/Documents/LP/scheme.scm']]
[dir: /home/salinas/Documents/LP]
[path: /usr/lib/lightdm/lightdm:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:/usr/local/games" :/home/salinas/.rvm/bin]
[Finished]
Anyone knows how to solve this ?
If you want to use the configured Scheme environment (Gambit) you need to install it. Open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and enter the following:
sudo apt-get intall gambc
Then gsi should be available.
If it doesn't work because the package was not found you may need to enable universe repositories and try again.
