Google Classroom Error 400 InactiveCourseOwner - google-api

I am attempting to add a teacher to a course. I am assigning the teacher as the owner of the course. This is new course and this teacher is active in Google Admin but I am still getting this error. What should be my next steps?
After speaking with Google Support, they found that the user (teacher) was deleted and recreated with the same email the next day. The classrooms were attached to the old instance of the email. This is what was causing the 400 InactiveCourseOwner error.

i made the payment for google play console account but could not login and not receiving any email as well

I first tried to create a new google play console account. At that time, I didn't have enough balance on my card and payment was unsuccessful. However, Google sent me an email to retry making the payment immediately but I didn't try that again since I didn't have sufficient balance on my card.
A few days later, I got some balance on my card and I made the payment via the link that Google sent to me after the unsuccessful payment. Then, payment was successful. The issue is that I could not get access to the Google Play Console after this. When I visited the website, it asks me to register a new account.
I tried to contact Google Support but didn't find a way to do it. I waited 4 days til now despite not receiving any updates from them.
Could you guys please let me know what the process is and how long it usually takes? Or do I have to create a new account and lose the money I paid for the previous one?

Google play console: I get an error trying to verify myself

I tried to verify myself in Google Play Console and the default country was set to United States when filling in address but I am from Slovakia. I went to Payments profile in google wallet and there I had two profiles, one with the country of Slovakia and the other set to USA. I "closed" (deleted) the profile with the USA country, and returned to verify my identity in Google Play console and now I get an error message
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again. (5D1AB983)
I tried deleting cookies and it didn't work. What should I do? I want to verify myself.
If you deleted Payments profile with a different country in it you need to contact Google Play Console support with a request to delete your Play Console account. Money will be returned and then you create your account again and the problem should be solved. Then I verified myself. That's how I solved this problem.

Invite guardians from the same domain to Google Classroom

I'm trying to invite a guardian to a Classroom course using Api Explorer. The student and the guardian's emails are in the same domain (as in the case that a school teacher has a son attending his school). The requests returns OK, but the invitation email never comes. I've tried with the same student with emails from other domains and everything runs fine. I've found nothing in documentation about this, neither in Classroom nor Admin Console.

MailChimp Account Issue

I have just created a MailChimp Account, then I created a list and added a user, I created a campaign and then selected a template; I edited the template and sent it to the List. But after that I got the following error. Please tell me how to fix this issue as we are on deadline and have to deliver thing in a month.
While exploring the MailChimp API, We came to know that the current connection limit is 10 simultaneous connections per user account. If Limit crosses then error message will be returned.
Is this limit same for free forever plan account and other price plans account?

Updated Regarding of Appointment not reflecting in Account's Activities

I have an Account wherein 2 Appointments appear in the Activities section. I updated the regarding of those Appointments to point to different Accounts. However, the Appointment still shows in Activities of the Account it belonged to originally. Also, this Appointment shows in the new Regarding Account.
Additionally, the owner of the Account record has been disabled in CRM. Could this be a reason for this? Kindly help.

To change the relation completely, have to change the participants in the appointment as well as the regarding attribute, otherwise it will be related to the original account
