I don't understand why she disappeared.
I did.
I don't find the Start Window button.
Or am I wrong and just don't see her because of inattention?

Click on the small "down arrow" icon at the right edge of the toolbar and select the "Add or Remove Buttons" command (usually, the only command) from the pop-up menu. That will show a list of command buttons that are – or can be – shown on the toolbar.
Make sure the "Start Window" (not sure what it's called in your language) command is checked (selecting the command will toggle it on/off).
Note that, although you have stated you have Visual Studio 2019, the icon that you've shown is the VS-2022 version. But that shouldn't make a difference: the procedure is much the same in both versions of VS.
Update:
If you don't see the "Start Window" command in the list of available buttons, then select the "Customize" command near the bottom of the list and, in the dialogue box that follows click "Add Command".
Then, in the next pop-up, select the "File" category in the left-hand pane and scroll down to get the "Start Window" command in the right-hand pane. Select that then click "OK":

How to use F1 Help without keyboard?

In Visual Studio, highlighting a keyword and pressing F1 will take you to the relevant help page documentation about it.
How can I do this if I don't have an F1 key? Is there a menu item or ribbon button or different key press I can use?
There isn't a toolbar button for "F1 Help" by default but you can customize your toolbar to add one. Click the "Add or Remove Buttons" icon at the right of your main toolbar:
Then, from the second pop-up menu you get from that small drop-down, select the "Customize..." command. In the pop-up dialogue box that follows, select the "Commands" tab and click the "Add Command" button …
Finally, in the "Add Command" dialogue-box, select the "Help" category in the left-hand pane and scroll down the right-hand pane until you see the "F1 Help" button, select that and click OK …
You will now have a new button on your toolbar (the blue disk with a ? in it) that will execute F1 Help when you click it:
(The process outlined here, and the images given, are for Visual Studio 2022; however, VS-2019 has a very similar workflow to achieve the same result.)

Xcode interface: how to hide blue line on editor

I am trying to hide this blue line that just started showing up on the left side of my editor. When clicked, it has a "Search" and "Discard Changes" option.
Editor with Blue Line on left side
I'm not sure what I did to make it start showing up. I have looked through the View options but can't find anything to hide it. I don't even know what it is called and am having a hard time googling it.
UPDATE:
So I found out that I can click Source Control --> Commit to make the blue line go away... but every time I edit something it comes back. It wasn't like this before. I must have hit some shortcut combination to turn it on. Please help... Thanks in advance
In Xcode Preferences, go to the "Source Control" tab and you'll see this checkbox:

Visual Studio 2010 - CTRL-F - accidentally removed "You've reached end of solution" dialog box

I was using Ctrl+F to search through my solution. I reached the end of the solution and a dialog box appeared saying that I had reached the end of my solution. There is a checked checkbox in this dialog box where the user can decide whether or not he or she wants this dialog box to appear.
In my haste, I accidentally unchecked the checked box and clicked okay. How can I make this dialog box appear again?
You can try putting marks on 'Display informational messages' and 'Display warning messages' and make sure the check boxes are not shadowed like the below image.

working with xamarin code templates

I am trying understand hot xamarin code templates work and how to use it.
By reading the manual it appears the a user can select the code templates by clicking on it or hitting enter on it. Just like in eclipse and intellij.
But this seems not to work the same way in xamarin.
For example after I typed "try" in the editor and hit ctrl+space to get the code complete. Now I am presented with options to select. When I select try and click or hit Enter on it nothing happens. The code complete window just closes and the template is not added.
The animated gif demonstrates it with the mouse click event. But the behavior is the same for key events. Also no matter what I template I select it is never pasted.
You need to press tab key after you have selected the text. You basically have to press tab - tab. The first tab will complete the try text in your example. You may have only typed in t or tr. The second tab key press will expand the code template.
The behaviour is similar to Visual Studio. The difference is that Visual Studio gives you more information in the completion window that appears telling you that you need to press the tab key twice. Screenshot from Visual Studio is shown below.
With the screenshot above pressing tab once will close the completion window but not insert the code for the try template. Pressing tab again will insert the code template text.
