How do I use google play developer if my account is closed due to inactivity - google-play

I have this information on my google play console, and I lost any email what do I do?
This developer account has been closed due to inactivity, and can't be reactivated.
We've sent more information to the account owner's email address.
Is there a way I can reopen another account on this email address, or can I use a different email address.

Setting both Out of Office AND a forwarding on a Shared Mailbox

I got a shared mailbox in O365 made of my old emailaccount. All the messages that are sent to it need to be forwarded to my new mailadress and everyone who mails to my old mailaddress needs to get an Out of Office notice saying the I am not working at the office anymore and thanking everyone for the cooperation.
I have an Out of Office configured in O365 admin panel, both for internal and external senders AND I also got the forwarding there configured and activated.
However, when people send to my old account, I get it in my new mailbox BUT the person then does NOT get the Out of Office. Mind you, it's not an ordinary user account but a Shared Mailbox. What did I do wrong?

Restricting Google API Server to server service account key to be used with specific domains

Google API Server To Server service account key is a simple json or p12 file which can be compromised in some scenarios. Is there a way to limit its use to specific IPs or domains from Google Developer Console? The support topics there are not helpful at all.
No service accounts cant be restricted to IPs or Domains. Currently if you have the correct credentials then you can use them.
This is why you need to keep them safe. However that being said i think its a good idea. I am going to see if i can find someplace to add it as a feature request.
Note for openid signin
Signin returns an id token this id token can be verified verify the hd claim matches your domain name. Again this only works if you are authenticating with the openid scope.

I contacted one of the developers on Google identity this was his response.
IP restrictions had some value many years ago. Now, most of the apps are hosted in the cloud and traffic can move around the world thus making the IP restriction not very useful. If service account credentials are compromised, it is time to get a new credential or they were used in an incorrect way.

oracle account lockout status

Did Oracle EBS has a feature to sent an email at the pre-registered email address if his or her account is locked ?

The EBS is managed using apps user. If apps user is locked then the whole EBS would be down.

Today I recieved a notificiation e mail from Google:

1- I did not recieved any mails before this. There is no previous e mails.
2- I sent a mail to support about this.

Meeting invites not sent to Contacts in Dynamics CRM

I'm having an issue, I have an On-Premise CRM Dynamics environment with Server Side synchronization, the sync works fine.
When creating appointments the System Users receive a meeting invite, but this is not sent to contacts in the system (even though some of them are emails from the same AD).
Is there an error log I can check, or some extra configuration needed in exchange server for it to work?
P.S. I'm attaching the current configuration.
When using server side synchronization, the account used as part of the authentication setup must have elevated permissions to send email on behalf of others or you need to modify the user's settings to allow others to send emails on their behalf, this could be what is causing the issue, also could you open up the emails that were not sent, they should also have an error message describing why the sending the email failed.
