my logs on a publicly accessible server are bloated with this error
Error 2022-10-11 22:11:50 staging [0] "" on line 44 of file /var/www/html/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Routing/AbstractRouteCollection.php
that line just throws a \Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\NotFoundHttpException, a 404 basically.
I suspect the huge amount is due to the attempts at hacking the webserver (reflected from the apache access logs.
First of all, can I add the info about the url that's failing?
Then, can anyone suggest a way to deal with this to reduce the amount of errors (even because I use a monitoring app and get charged on this events)?
Thanks

I have a Laravel App running on Azure Web App Linux service, all running nice and smoothly until I reach a feature that exports a query to an XLS for download. Then I receive the ERROR 502.
On my local environment works normally, I can export the query to XLS with no issues, it is not a large query, just a few rows.
In the same app, I have a function that exports to XLS just 1 row at a time and works fine, so it is just when I go for a larger(ish) query.
Any ideas? I have tried scaling up, restarting the app, apache, changed .ini (via .htaccess to increase execution time).
There is no trace in the logs either, there is something about the container crashing but cannot trace it to this particular error.
Ok, managed to solved it... was not straight forward at all. It has to do with the size of the query, even tough is not big by any means (a couple thousands max) raising memory limit to 1024M or further ended up in 502 Error. Decided to try different and moved from Laravel Excel to Fast-Excel which is less featured but man... it works. Now everything downloads perfectly. In case you are having this issue give fast-excel a try.
I am running a load test on JMeter with 200 users. Around 10 percent of the request sent for each sampler results into failure with a status code 404 - Not found error. However, if I run my test with a load of 100 users I do not encounter 404 errors. Please advice me on what can be the issue and possible solution for this.?
It’s a server issue only. Some applications handle server error in a kind of strange way.
So you would need to:
analyze access logs
add monitoring and APM to diagnose
check error logs
For some reason i just can't get an Amazon Aurora DB launched. I haven't launched one before but have read many Amazon help / instruction pages. Launching other Amazon products did work well after some digging. This one just doesn't. Any suggestions?
Error:
Access denied to Performance Insights (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 400; Error Code: InvalidParameterCombination; Request ID: 8ef6c7b9-be54-4bd8-aa87-XXXXXXXX)

Today it works.. selected the same settings as yesterday. All i did different was omit dashes (-) from the database name and other stuff you have to name. If that was the actual cause of the 3h headache yesterday Amazon really sucks it just doesn't tell you that instead of showing a cryptic error message.
I just had the same issue with the same error message, restarting the setup process from the start (with a database name without a dash in it), fixed the issue.
I get this error sometimes when trying to save things to Parse or to fetch data from it.
This is not constant and appear once in a while making the operation to fail.
I have contacted Parse for that. Here is their answer:
Starting on 4/28/2016, apps that have not migrated their database may see a "428" error code if the request cannot be handled by the remaining shared pool of resources. If you see this error in your logs, we highly recommend migrating the database for your app without delay.
Means this happens because of starting this date all apps are on low priority but those who started DB migration. So, Migration of the DB should resolve that.
I am facing a strange problem with solr. After running solr for few hours, client starts reporting error message that it is unable to contact the solr, although solr instance is up on the server.
I can't see any high traffic on website which sometimes is the reason of connection refusal.
This issue gets fixed after solr restart.
Any idea what is going wrong here ?
Answer to most of the problems can be found in logs. Thanks D_K for reminding me.
SEVERE: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
I have increased the heap size to fix this issue.
java -Xms<initial heap size> -Xmx<maximum heap size>
Also, we have reduced document size by removing unnecessary information which we don't need to retain in solr.
If you have a client with long running connection but low amount of traffic, you may have a firewall in between. Firewalls have limited-size routing tables, so they eventually drop the mapping for connections they haven't seen for a while.
Try sending a ping query every 30 minutes or so through that specific connection and see if the issue goes away. If you need to validate it, run Wireshark on the client and see whether the client is getting RST (reset) packets from an unexpected end point (that would be firewall).
You just need to add your collection in solr by following the step given in this url ( https://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/95897/apache-solr-4-6-0-insta... ) and then select your collection from your solr which is running on localhost or live site (http://localhost:8983/solr/) and go to schema tab. Click schema tab and then you can see you schema file attach in apachesolr module.
You now just need to your schema url which just look like this http://localhost:8983/solr/your_core_name/. Now add this url in apachesolr module.
Then it will show that your site has contacted apache solr server in your drupal site.
