How can I build SELinux policy compiler? - compilation

I've tried to build SELinux utilities from source code:

There was a problem with file sepol/policydb/flask.h (File didn't exist), there was need usage this file from Android headers:
root#linuxmint21 ~/linux/src/secilc # apt install android-libsepol-dev
I'm need only policy compiler, nothing more. If I can't build it from source - OK, I'll try to write utility for building policy. I know about libsepol, but I don't understand how use it.
I read secilc and sedump source code... I didn't understand how can I build policy to binary file programatically... When I analyzed sepolicy file from my phone, then I've understood only some things. There is a magic bytes of sepolicy file, rules are written in binary format, but I can read contexts and available actions (read, write, mount, etc). (I used xxd sepolicy for reading). But I'm really need info how can I compile SELinux policy or build SELinux tools from source...

Replace Source Files When Compiling CentOS Kernel with RPM

I am trying to modify one of the CentOS (7.6) kernel source file and recompile all of them for later installation.
I followed the guide on wiki.centos to do customized kernel:

I found that in step 5, the RPM method always unpacked source files from tar files and replaced my modification in BUILD/.
Therefore, I changed my way. I put my modification at another place and added a line in kernel.spec file under SPECS/ to copy my file into the BUILD/. Namely, one-line with cp command is put before %build in the kernel.spec (after unpacked). However, the compilation went wrong in the %build section:

I found the solution myself. Instead of directly replacing files, we should apply patch within RPM to indicate the differences between modified file and original file.
Firstly, use diff command to build patch. Then, modify spec file, kernel.spec, applying the patch to the building procedure.

Gstreamer 1.0 no such or plugin 'videotestsrc' on buildroot problem

I tried to play video with gstreamer-1.0 on buildroot. I opened elements of gstreamer on buildroot. But when I use gst-inspect command, I can not find elements what actived on buildroot. For example I activated videotestsrc. When I want use this element, I take no such element or plugin 'videotestsrc' error.
Also I tried export library. I used this command:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/bin/gstreamer-1.0
export GST_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/bin/gstreamer-1.0
export GST_PLUGIN_1_0
but result did not change. How can I fix this? How can I work gstreamer-1.0 on buildoot?

What is your buildroot configuration exactly? (run make savedefconfig and paste the defconfig file here). Notice that Buildroot will not notice changes to the many gst1-plugins-* options after you have done a build, so you need to do a clean build (make clean; make) for the changes to take effect.

Buildroot gcc headers don't match linux-headers

I'm using Buildroot 2018.02.7 to build a simple Linux system for i386 PC, as a precursor to doing the same thing for an embedded ARM system. I keep running into problems like this one, in building the util-linux module:

When I look in the linux-headers source tree in .../output/build/linux-headers-4.13.8, the file is found. But Buildroot is pointing to a different set of headers, the one built into its GCC:

Enable UCLIBC_HAS_BSD_ERR in uClibc.
You have a custom uClibc configuration. That falls squarely in the "you know what you are doing" category, since it allows you to remove features that other packages rely on.
In this case, util-linux relies on the non-Posix err.h include. This is only installed if UCLIBC_HAS_BSD_ERR is enabled in the uClibc configuration.
There is a high risk of running into similar issues with a custom uClibc configuration.

Git dependency errors when using Composer with private VCS repository on IBM i

More details below, but I'm running into the following error when I issue a composer install or composer update command on a project which uses a custom VCS repository for an included project. This is on an IBM i v7r3 system via SSH session. I've run out of ideas on how to troubleshoot further, so here I am. Has anyone ever seen this error or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot further?

I have a remote IBM i server which has two users. The first user "gitUser" is used for my private Git repositories (headless). I then have another user "sshUser" which is used to SSH in with and do my typical work. I have SSH keys configured to simplify connections for both users and the "gitUser" ssh key doesn't require a password, so I can use it for automated scripting.
I have a private VCS repository included in my composer.json file for a project. So long as I have the entry in the "repository" section I'm getting the above error. This occurs even if I'm not requireing a package from the repository.

Composer on the IBM i is up to date at 1.7.2.
It's clear the issue lies with git and the inability to find a dependency in libz.so.1.
However, if I follow the chain of dependencies for the version of Git in my path, all the appropriate files exist with adequate permissions:

I can confirm there are no permission failures through out all of this. So this doesn't seem to be the result of inadequate permissions. Also, I do not think the issue lies within the user profile gitUser as if I issue a composer install or composer update from another machine (with appropriate keys), everything works flawlessly. So it seems to be specific to the IBM i and the sshUser profile.
I'm starting to think Composer is using a different git executable and the dependencies of that executable do not exist. Though I assume Composer would just use my path.
Note*: I tried specifying my LIBPATH in my ./.profile with the following. But it doesn't seem to make any difference:

Solution:
I just changed the symlink in the ZENDPHP7 directory structure to the repo version. Alternatively you can manipulate your library path, but I couldn't figure out the proper way to do it on IBM i.

I'm guessing something is off with your path when you do the install. Is it maybe looking at the Zend PHP libraries rather than the expected ones in /usr/lib?
Notice that the errors shows a path of /usr/local/zendphp7/lib/ libz.so.1(shr_64.o) while your git dump instead shows /QOpenSys/pkgs/lib:/QOpenSys/usr/lib.

Buildkite Windows agent cannot find git executable
