How can I get chain id of goerli test network? - metamask

I'm trying to connect metamask with goerli test network.
But I don't know what the chain id of goerli test network.

I've tried everything but I can't add network to the metamask.

The chaind id of goerli is 5. You'll have to choose a rpc node provider like infura or alchemy.

Stripe Webhooks always returned "Failed to connect to remote host"

This is my first time using Stripe and I am faced with a problem that I cannot solve. I am using Laravel Cashier with Stripe Webhooks and did everything as described in the documentation , and so I think that I have nothing to show in the code. No event works, I always get this error in the Stripe Webhooks logs Failed to connect to remote host . I am using Docker for my project and my site on HTTPS with valid SSL certificates. I even tried different internet providers, I thought there might be a problem with this, but that didn't help either. And I understand that the problem is not in the code. Can you please help me? I really need help.

Jdbc connection error from Google Apps Script

I have created a Google Cloud Project MySQL database to use in conjunction with the Jdbc service provided by Google Apps Script. Everything went as planned with the connection. I am basically connecting as it does in the docs.

I shared the file with another account and all of a sudden I am seeing a red error saying:
'Failed to establish a database connection. Check connection string, username and password.'
Nothing changed in the code, but there is an error. When I go back to my original account and run the same bit of code, there is no error. What is happening here? Any ideas?
Jdbc.getConnection works from both: my account and another account:

There are two ways of establishing a connection with a Google Cloud
SQL database using Apps Script's JDBC service:
(Recommended) Connecting using Jdbc.getCloudSqlConnection(url)
Connecting using Jdbc.getConnection(url)

I am not sure whether this question has been resolved or not, but let me add this answer.
I also faced the same problem but I found the resolution. What I did is:
First, go to the console.

Then, open IAM.
and add the account as a member and add this permission: "Cloud SQL Client".
I think this is a permission issue in your second account. Necessary information are missing in your question. But, the secound account, if run as a another user, won't necessarily have your sqlservice authorization. The permission,

is required to use Jdbc.getCloudSqlConnection(url), while Jdbc#getConnectionUrl() just requires external link connection permission

I believe that you can only connect to sql instances owned by you with getCloudSqlConnection() which doesn't even require external connection permission. This method probably calls your sql instance internally.

Conclusion
To connect to any external service, you need external_request permission. But, You don't need that permission to connect to your own documents say, Spreadsheets owned by you/have edit access permission - through SpreadsheetApp.openByUrl(). I believe it's the same thing with Jdbc.getCloudSqlConnection(). It calls your Google sql internally - So, even if you grant external request permission, It won't work. What will work for this method is
Installable triggers (which runs as you).
Add the second account also as owner in GCP-IAM (may not work though) See this answer
I'd double-check once again all IP ranges which should be whitelisted. According to your description it worked fine in first account, probably in second account Apps Script uses another IP for connection, which was not whitelisted or whitelisted with some typo. Could you share screenshot how did you exactly whitelist the ranges from this article?
I have a GAS Add-On that uses a Google cloud dB. I initially set this up by:
Whitelisting Google Cloud IP ranges in my SQL instance
Getting the script.external_request scope approved for OAuth Consent screen
This all works great from GAS for the add-on, but I suspect that if this whitelist is not comprehensive and volatile (which I expect it is), I will see intermittent connectivity issues.
I recently added a Firebase web app that needs access to the same dB. I had issues, because Firebase does not conform to those Google IP ranges and does not expose its IP for whitelisting. So I had to create a socket layer connection as if Firebase was an external service.
Which got me thinking, should I put a socket layer in my GAS Add-On? But nothing in the GAS JBDC Class documentation indicates a socket parameter.
Which leads me to a question that was not really answered in this thread:
Does anyone know why Jdbc.getCloudSqlConnection(url) is the "Recommended" approach? The documentation seems to imply that because the IP whitelisting is not required, Jdbc.getCloudSqlConnection(url) is using a socket (or some other secure method) to connect to the dB?
It also seems silly that if that is the case, that I would need two have two sensitive scopes to manage a dB connection. I would rather not go through another OAuth const audit and require my users to accept another scope unless there is a benefit to doing so.

HPC Pack 2016: "Identity check failed for outgoing message" Error

Hello Stack Overflow community, I am encountering the following errors when I try to add a node to my local computer cluster using Microsoft HPC Pack 2016:
Could not contact node 'NODE-A08' to perform change. Identity check
failed for outgoing message. The expected DNS identity of the remote
endpoint was 'HEAD-NODE01' but the remote endpoint provided DNS claim
'NODE-A08'. If this is a legitimate remote endpoint, you can fix the
problem by explicitly specifying DNS identity 'NODE-A08' as the
Identity property of EndpointAddress when creating channel proxy.
Could not contact node 'NODE-A08' to perform change. The management
service was unable to connect to the node using any of the IP
addresses resolved for the node.
Ultimately I would like to write and test my own MPI programs while using HPC Pack as my cluster manager, but I cannot seem to get past this preliminary step of setting up my cluster.
Through my research in to the issue I have found "Identity check failed for outgoing message..." to be a well documented error related to Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). My understanding is that it occurs when the common name (CN) of the endpoint computer's certificate does not match its DNS identity.
The solutions that I found where lines of code for people writing their own programs, however those solutions do not apply to HPC Pack because I cannot access its source code directly.
Some additional information specific to my situation:
the certificates used by both the head node and the node were issued
individually by a trusted domain
all computers are connect to one enterprise network
the head node's PC name is 'HEAD-NODE01'
the node's PC name is 'NODE-A08'
these errors occur during the provisioning stage of adding a node
the errors are displayed in the provisioning log within HPC Pack
2016's user interface
I was successful in pinging each computer from the other
both computers display the proper DNS IP address when I use command
prompt
the head node is running Windows Server 2012 R2
the node is preconfigured to be a workstation node and is running
Windows 10 Enterprise

Is it possible to connect Shibboleth idp from localhost?

I installed Shibboleth service provider on localhost. I want to connect to shibboleth idp.
Error Message: No peer endpoint available to which to send SAML response
This is because I connect to IDP(idp.shibtest.org) from localhost?
samltest.id is good way to test shibboleth.
You cannot use localhost as SP to connect to remote IDp, that iDp won't find any SP to return to because localhost means it's own system so IDp would go in it's local system and find your given SP's entity ID. It won't find that entity ID so it would give such error.
These two approach may help you
Give your machine some public IP and try connect to IDp with that SP.
If you cannot make public IP, make both SP and IDp in your local system.
