Error writing lock file: Permission denied - ubuntu-20.04

After connecting my NAS drive with the mount command in the nashome directory,
the following error occurs, when trying to edit or create any file in the mounted directory tree:
[ Error writing lock file ./.index.html.swp: Permission denied ]
Error Message when trying to edit the index.html file
I also tried editing the files as a root, however the same error occurs.
The permissions in the parent directory of the file are as follows:
permissions to the index.html file
Is there anyone who can explain what is happening?
I already tried deleting the nashome directory and unmounting the NAS drive and then remounting it again.
However, with no effect.

Unable to execute file in the temporary directory Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified

I am trying to download GIT to a computer that does not have access to internet. In the process, I am getting this error message:
"Unable to execute file in the temporary directory Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"
I have downloaded the installation file, Git-2.23.0-64-bit.exe, from Git website. I have then copied it to a shared drive. After that, I remotely connected to the computer (the one I want to download Git to) using VNC. I have copied the installation file to the Desktop of the remote computer. Then, when I double click on it to open it, I get this error message:
"Unable to execute file in the temporary directory Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified."
I know I do have administrators rights with the user I am working with. I have tried to log in with other users, administrators and not, but cannot get the file to open.

Files system problems

Did clean installation of ddev on my Mac.
Set up Drupal 8 project and have problems with file permissions on sites/default/files folder. For some reason it resets the permissions I set (chmod -R a+w) and web server can't write to this folder afterwards.
Files are owned by uid_1000 gid_50.
Example of the message
Warning: file_put_contents(sites/default/files/php/twig/5c1ad9b345ce5_status-messages.html.twig_3IhisVoQLOYIb64NBegMDuHJs/.htaccess): failed to open stream: Permission denied in Drupal\Component\PhpStorage\FileStorage->ensureDirectory() (line 123 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/PhpStorage/FileStorage.php).

Laravel New Project - Permission Denied

I am trying to setup a new Laravel site and I am running into an issue I have never had such problems with before. When loading up my site, I get the error:
The stream or file "/var/www/html/storage/logs/laravel.log" could not be opened: failed to open stream: Permission denied
I have edited the file permissions to 775. I don't know what else to do!
Try changing the owner of the folder:
chown -R apache:apache /var/www/html/
you should change your project folder permission
The stream or file "/var/www/html/storage/logs/laravel.log" could not be opened: failed to open stream: Permission denied
This error basically happens when in your project absent ../storage/logs folder. Firstly you must be check this folder exists in your project. If does not exist this folder add it and inside it .gitignore file.
/storage/logs/.gitignore
*
!.gitignore

Permission denied on directory with specific name

This is a weird one... On Ubuntu 14.04 I have a directory called /lib. As root, or on the server as a user with group privileges, I can write to this directory. Over FTP as the same user with group privileges I cannot, I get a Permission Denied error...
If I rename the /lib directory to anything else (in this case /lib-new) I can write to the directory over FTP.
What could be causing a Permission Denied error based purely on the name of the directory?
I've checked and tested the permissions of the directory (777, 775, 755, 664 and 644) as well as the directory above (/public_html - the root directory for the server) and nothing helps, unless I rename the directory something other than lib.
Please help, as SSH-ing into the server to make changes to anything within /lib is time consuming!
EDIT: The FTP server I'm using is ProFTP if it helps.
Try adding RLimitChroot off to /etc/proftpd.conf. May need to restart X for this change to take affect. By default, I think it will do the same thing to /etc directory as well.

How to solve laravel file_input_error

When I log in, this error show ->
i already give permission to src/storage
file_put_contents(/var/www/html/catalog/src/storage/framework/cache/55/f9/55f98a9ae16c0c5f7c41c2f6d5435d3f37274a71): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Create cache directory in storage directory, and give him read & write permission to it. Error saying that your cache directory does not exists
