I can run my application without any mistakes, but when i try to execute my jar file i have these errors. But i need to make my jar executable because i have to deploy my project in docker. What is my mistake?

So, i just forgot to also disable the dependency: thymeleaf-extras-springsecurity5.
After commenting it out too it worked fine.

With this setup, we face the described flyway exception.
When we downgrade to 2.5.2 or set the property spring.batch.jdbc.initialize-schema=never, we get rid of the error message.
Are we missing something to use Spring Batch DB initialization or is there a version mismatch in Spring Boot ?
For exactly this sort of reason, splitting the initialization of your database between Flyway and Spring Batch's scripts is not recommended:
If you are using a Higher-level Database Migration Tool, like Flyway or Liquibase, you should use them alone to create and initialize the schema.
There has never been a guarantee that Flyway will run first. In the case of your application it was running first by chance and something has changed in Spring Boot 2.5.3 that means that's no longer the case.
Rather than using multiple different database initializers, I would recommend setting spring.batch.jdbc.initialize-schema=never and adding a Flyway migration script to initialize Spring Batch's schema instead.
Alternatively, you can set spring.flyway.baseline-on-migrate=true. This will cause Flyway to call baseline() automatically when it detects the non-empty schema.
I am new to spring-boot. So after bootstrapping a project from spring initializr, I was trying to run it on intellij. But I am getting error while starting it.

I have tried changing the spring boot version but it didn't help.
Also changed the server port in application.properties but that also didn't help.

Since you have not added any database to this project remove data-jpa dependencies from your pom.xml file,
It was creating a dependency conflict.
It will run properly once removed.
You need to either add a database configuration or remove database dependency from porm.xml. Once you add database dependency you need to add configurations like below.

I have tried all the solutions that are over the internetr like adding version to the msql-connector-java etc. but none of them seems to work. I will be highly oblidged if somone can guide me on the issue.
Presumably you've created this project with the Spring Initialzr so you can try running with:
./mvnw spring-boot:run
instead of eclipse - presumably this is an eclipse issue as your error matches Unable to connect mysql to spring boot project. If that does work then as suggested on that question you can run 'mvn clean install' to rebuild and should then be able to do 'Maven > Update Project' from eclipse (or set it up to sync automatically - see How do I get my Eclipse-Maven project to automatically update its classpath when I change a dependency in my pom.xml file?)
Seems like spring boot by default for first time require mysql connection.
Include mysql connector while creating your project in build.gradle I resolved using following line in dependencies
