Updating Privacy Information

I'm getting ready to release a new version of my app that has completely eliminated all Google Firebase services and I would like to update my app's information accordingly Now no user data is collected at all, but when I originally submitted the app I disclosed what information was being collected in order to use Firebase services. I've searched all over the Google Play Console and I cannot find any place to change this information about my app. Is it possible or will I need to submit a new app?
there are two places you need to modify:
from Google Play Console chose the app then > App Content > Data Safety
this is a new thing in Google Play Console
from Google Play Console chose the app then > App Content > Privacy Policy
You should update your privacy policy to reflect that you are not collecting any data any more

Privacy Policy for the app on Google Play that doesn't collect any user data

I want to publish a simple app that doesn't collect any personal data. It is an offline game (noughts and crosses), that doesn't require any account, and stores only field state on the user's device. I don't have any server and don't transfer the data anywhere, so it's fully offline. But Google Play asks for a Privacy Policy. How can I get it? Is there any standard Privacy Policy for such type of application? Can I just write something like "We don't store and transfer any personal data"?
Disclaimer: I Am Not A Lawyer
I recently ran into this myself. I have a very simple app that does not collect any personal information.
I looked all over and tried a few of the privacy policy generators, but they all seemed like overkill. So I started with a simple statement:
This application does not collect or store personal data.
Then based on this comment, I added another note:
If you installed this application from Google Play, then Google Play does collect some personal data. Please see the privacy policy for Google Play Services here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Here's the whole thing: https://github.com/bmaupin/android-pitchpipe/blob/main/metadata/en-US/privacy_policy.txt
Easiest way is just to use a privacy policy generator such as this one: https://app-privacy-policy-generator.firebaseapp.com/
It's simple to use and only takes a few minutes to get you a privacy policy

Action Required Google Play Policies. We have determined your app contains code to facilitate Disruptive Ads

I have one Web-view app in Google Play store. (only for Adroid)
According to Google, they found that my app is not compliant with the Disruptive Ads policy.
However, my App only has one interstitial ad by Google Admob...
Thus, Google Admob is making Disruptive Ads all the time?
Or should I remove the interstitial ad?
Google Play vs Google Admob, nonsense...

MSBTE Model Answer Paper Diploma, has been removed from Google Play due to a policy violation

**Issue: Violation of Usage of Android Advertising ID policy and section 4.8 of the Developer Distribution Agreement
Google Play requires developers to provide a valid privacy policy when the app requests or handles sensitive user or device information. We’ve identified that your app collects and transmits the Android advertising identifier, which is subject to a privacy policy requirement. If your app collects the Android advertising ID, you must provide a valid privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Console, and from within the app**
Google mail me this message and removed my app from the play store now i don't known what i can do.

How to can i remove that app ads unit id from Admob?
And How to stop this thing because its admob warning that may disable my admob account?
Any suggestion ??
You can't. You need to remove it from the app and republish the app in the other market.
At the Admob console, select the app with the ads.
check the ad you want to disable, then click < Archive >
this will give you the prompt below.
this will disable your Ads with that Ad unit ID (I hope you didn't use the same ID for all 20 of your apps).
