How to hide the tab close button [X] in sublime? - sublimetext

I open a lot of tabs in sublime, when I switch tab by clicking other tab, I sometimes mis-click on their close button.
Is it possible to hide the close button(X) in sublime? I usually close with keyboard shortcut or middle click, so I don't need the close button.

Add this in preference:
"show_tab_close_buttons": false

iTerm2: how to return a split pane to a tab?

When working with multiple tabs in fullscreen mode, I often split a iTerm pane by dragging an open iTerm tab to the active pane.
However, once I split the pane, I cannot find a way to return the split pane back to a tab. Is there a way to do this? Or is there a different way to accomplish what I am seeking?
Select "Move Session to Split Pane" in the context menu, then click the pane.
Now you can drag the title bar of the pane.
Although I don't understand why it works.
I've been able to do it by "Move Session to Window" on the pane with the session you want to keep; "New Tab" in the new window; drag the tab you want over to another window; then close the extra window.

In Visual Studio how do I copy the 'Full Screen' icon to the toolbar?

Under the View menu, there is a Full Screen entry that I would like to see on the toolbar all the time. When I enter full screen mode, the icon is automatically placed on the menu bar but then it disappears when I leave full screen mode.
[Menu] View/Toolbars/Customize... doesn't allow me to drag the icon to the toolbar
When I use Eclipse IDE, I can simply double-click the tab to put it into full screen mode - if there was a way to configure Visual Studio to do the same, that would be ideal...
On the Customize window navigate to the second tab and find the toolbar you want to edit:
Use the Add Command... option and find the fullscreen command in the View category:
Use the Move Up and Move Down to position the button where you want it.
When you go into Customise..., click on the Commands tab.
Then click the toolbar button and scroll to "Standard".
Then click Add command, then View and then Fullscreen and it should be added!

Shortcut to hide a Tool Window

We can close a Tool Window with Shift+Esc. What is the shortcut to hide a Tool Window? I have tried Ctrl+M, Ctrl+H to no avail.
For example, when the Locals window is open, I can close it with Shift+Esc but not hide it.
Closing a tool window preserves its state and actually works like hiding. Maybe you want to assign a shortcut to the Window.AutoHide command (also available in the main Window menu).

How to open context menu with right-click down instead of up?

I've been looking, but I can't seem to find how to change the mouse behavior to allow for pressing the right-mouse button down to open the context menu. I would like to be able to press down the right-mouse button to have the menu open, then drag the cursor to a selection and release the right-mouse button, opening the selection. I'm looking to have this behavior only while Firefox is in focus.
Something like:
If Firefox is in focus
*Pressing down on the right-mouse button causes a right mouse up event
*Releasing the right-mouse button causes a right mouse click where the cursor is
Is that possible...?
Thank you
The question is pretty old, but the answer is realy simple:
#IfWinActive, ahk_class MozillaWindowClass
*$RButton::
SendInput, {RButton Up}
Return
RButton Up::
SendInput, {LButton}
Return

How can I make another button highlighten on popup window on Mac by using Keyboard

On the above shown asking popup window on Mac, how can I select another button (left button) by using keyboard.
Without clicking mouse button, I want to make left button highlighten.
Is there any shortcuts?
Go to Preferences -> Keyboard. At the bottom, turn on "All controls" under "Full Keyboard Access".
The alternate option will be highlighted with a blue ring. Hitting space will activate this. If there are multiple options, hitting tab will alternate between them.
For English/Mac OSX 10.10:
Go to Keyboard in System Preferences, and then select 'All controls'. Space will select the alternate option if two options. If more than two options then tab will alternate between them.
PS: I would much rather the option of using arrow keys and enter. Interested to know if anyone knows how to hack this?
After reading Tricon's answer, I got the way!!!
Just see the following shortcuts.
Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard & keyboard input (I don't know the correct English menu, I'm using Korean "탭이 초점을 이동하는 방식 변경 (^F7) )
Once you do ^F7 (In case of mac book, Control + fn + F7) on a popup window, you can travel over buttons on any popup windw!!!
Thank you Tricon for giving me clue :)
In Catalina in Keyboard -> Shortcuts press Use keyboard navigation to mve focus between controls. Then you can use Tab to highlight another button and use Space to actually press it.
