Why my data/apps not showing after MacOS is upgraded to Ventura - macos

My Mac was on Catalina and upgraded to Ventura. After upgrade, it's showing as if it's new fresh MacBook without my apps and data and other folders.
Disk size is 500 GB and my data was around 385 GB and available size is around 100 GB before I started upgrading.
Here are screenshots from Disk Utility after upgrading and logging into Ventura

Screenshot 2
It was asking for double login screens (Catalina Login Screen and then Ventura Login Screen). I disabled FileVault and then rebooted. Then it's showing only Ventura Login screen. Good. But my data and apps are missing.

Xcode 11 blank white screen on device

I have a problem with debugging any app using Xcode 11.3.1.
The app builds very quickly (about 3 seconds), but after that, the device displays a white blank screen for a minute or two. On the Report navigator tab, it says that the app is running and debug is already in process but there are no logs. It happens with any app, even a newly created one.
Tried reproducing it on iPhone XS and iPhone 11 pro with 13.3.1 iOS version (the latest one at the moment) - the result is the same.
After this pause, I can debug the app as nothing happened. This behavior happens only during the debug session (no matter using cable or WiFi). If an app was already installed and launched directly from the phone - everything is fine.

Simulator under iOS 13.3 (Xcode 11.3.1) not functioning properly

When using the simulator under Xcode 11.3.1 and iPhones simulating iOS 13.3, the simulation does not behave correctly. It works correctly under simulator iOS 12.1.
I get no messages that I don't also get under the iOS 12.1 simulator launch.
The behavior should be when a user starts the app for the first time, he is redirected to the signin screen. Instead it goes to the main screen (grayed out because there is no data). I can navigate manually to the signin screen and signin normally (device registers and appears on my online server) but the app should start downloading the database required to work. It just sits there (no alertview that would normally launch the download). If I relaunch the app, it again starts at the main screen, however at this point an alertview should appear that no database is present. If I manually try to start the download (in a setup screen within the app), the progress bar that normally appears does not, just a label signifying what database is suppose to download.
All of this works properly on the iOS 12.1 simulator (Xcode 10.1) of the same type (iPhone 8 Plus).
Is this an Xcode 11.3.1 bug or iOS 13.3 problem. I have customers using iOS 13.1 without any problems on actual devices. I am on a new iMac running Catalina, is it possible its a security setting to allow database download?
I was facing the same issue and I move back to Xcode 11.3. Guess it was not a stable update at all.

Cannot see the graph scene in Xcode 11

I'm using the Xcode 11 with Mojave 10.14.6 and can't see the Graph Scene. I tried clicking on the "No selection" since it was suggested in other places but not is happening.
My laptop is MacBook Air 1.7GHz i7, 8GB ram - which was recently preinstalled and the hard drive was formatted
Edit: More specs
Metal: Supported, feature set macOS GPUFamily1 v4
here is a screenshot that shows the problem
According to the icon, it seems that you have Godot installed and it claimed ownership of documents with the scn file extension.
You can right-click on the file in Xcode's Project navigator and select Open As → SceneKit Document.

iOS Simulator hangs with beachball loader for 5-10 seconds to often

For almost half a year my simulator is often very slow and hangs for a couple seconds when I'm touching the running app. This happens a lot when touching TableViews or MapViews (zooming, swiping).
For example I run the app go to a mapView try to zoom in and swipe then always for 5-10 seconds the app hangs and shows the beachball (loading cursor). Then the app continues to work for a bit and it hangs again, continues to work, etc.
My colleagues don't have this problem on the same macbook (Pro late 2013, 2.3Ghz i7, 16gb, OSX 10.11.2) and same xcode project.
I've reinstalled Xcode (running latest), iOS Simulator (both iOS 8 and 9 and 9.2 have these problems).
I cannot find anything in the console and I have this with other xcode projects as well.
Hope someone can help me with this otherwise I will have to reinstall my macbook pro.
So I've tried:
Reinstall Xcode
Reinstall Simulators
Looking at the console app -> all messages
Tried other Xcode projects
Tried other iOS version simulators
Remove all my plugins
Checking the CPU and Memory loads -> nothing
There is a known bug in the simulator in Xcode 7.1 and 7.2 related to accessibility. When various accessibility introspection tools are enabled, the simulator app performs poorly. I suggest you use the Xcode 7.3 beta or disable the tool that is triggering the issue.

Xcode 4.2's Organizer has high lag while archiving

I'm just very curious if somebody has same problem as me.
Every time I hit Archive, then Submit or Share, or Validate, Organizer becomes very hard to respond. Mac's loading cursor appears, almost all the time, and Organizer becomes incredibly slow on responding and navigation. Sometimes I have to press 3 or 4 times on Next button to get to next windows, in Submit process.
Any idea why is this happening?
Notes:
I reinstalled my xCode 4.2 recently, and this issue still persists.
I have an iMac i7, 3.4GHz, 16GB RAM, so I don't see the point of system overload.
This issue is solved as I upgraded to Xcode 4.3.
