I've installed a laravel package black-bits/laravel-cognito-auth .
When i run php artisan route:list on command line, i've the following error:
Target class [App\Http\Controllers\Auth\ResetPasswordController] does not exist.
I'm not using ResetPasswordController in that specified path.
My ResetPassword controller's path is here: \app\Http\Controllers\Api\V1\Account\ResetPasswordController.php.
I'm mainly using this project for apis.
when i search for this path in vendor folder, i can see this.
.
Since, these routes are in vendor folder, what can i do to fix this issue?

I try to create own laravel package.
I created package folder in my project in root directory.
Than created simplexi/greetr/src folders in package.
I added to autoload "Simplexi\Greetr\": "package/simplexi/greetr/src" in composer.json in main project, and used command composer dump-autoload.
Than in src folder I created RiakServiceProvider, added this provider to config=>app.php to providers array.
Then in boot method I added next code:
$this->publishes([__DIR__ . '../config/myconf.php' => config_path() . '/']);
And executed next command:
php artisan vendor:publish --provider="\Simplexi\Greetr\RiakServiceProvider"
Than I got Publishing complete.
But file myconf.php didn't copy to app/config.
Also I checked file myconf.php in my package/simplexi/greetr/config folder and it exists.
Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?
publishes() expect two parameters. Try something like this:
$this->publishes([
__DIR__.'/../config/myconf.php' => config_path('myconf.php'),
], 'config');
I've renamed my app folder to aplicativo and changed the namespace to aplicativo. Everything works but artisan make commands.
I changed namespace through composer.json
"psr-4": {
"aplicativo\\": "aplicativo/",
}
Plus command:
artisan app:name aplicativo
You won't get this to work. You can rename the namespace (as you did with the command), but you can't rename the directory because it's hardcoded as app.
You can see the source here.
Then... if your using composer try this command
composer dump-autoload
The good news is that Laravel has now added support for custom App path. You can override the App path by adding the following code in bootstrap/app.php (or provider).
/*...*/
$app = new Illuminate\Foundation\Application(
$_ENV['APP_BASE_PATH'] ?? dirname(__DIR__)
);
// override the app path since we move the app folder to somewhere else
$app->useAppPath($app->basePath('src'));
Similarly, you can change other paths (database, language, storage, etc.). You can find all the available methods here.
I have the following issue. I am running laravel 5.4 and have a problem with my routes, when I navigate to my '/about-me' of my predefined routes I get the error:
1/1 NotFoundHttpException in RouteCollection.php line 179:
However the route is defined as shows here:
Route::get('about-me', function () {
return view('about-me');
});
On my view the link is pointing to that route as shown:
About Me
I have cleared my cached routes in SSH using the command:
php artisan route:clear
When I list my routes using the command:
`php artisan route:list`
I see an old version of my routes file. So this is the problem, however whatever I try they are not updating. I have cleared the cache locally and within laravel and still the old file file is showing when I type the route:list command.
I believe the code is all correct, however the new updated route file which contains the defined route for about-me is not being used. I have attached an image of the updated routes file on the server also.
Here is a link to the screenshot. Screenshot of route file on server
Thanks
In Laravel 5.4 (or in earlier version, I'm not sure) routes has been moved to the separate folder in app/routes/web.php (as you can see here: https://github.com/laravel/laravel).
You can find routes registration in app/Providers/RouteServiceProvider.php (https://github.com/laravel/laravel/blob/master/app/Providers/RouteServiceProvider.php#L52)
I have created an application in laravel using appzcoder crud-generator plug-in. i have done everything accordingly but i am getting the above mentioned error. I have a folder named layouts in views folder and this folder has app.stub in it. but when i run the project it gives the following error
View [layouts.app] not found. (View:C:\wamp64\www\myProject\resources\views\admin\items\index.blade.php)
make sure you have run below code if not run it will create layout.app path
or manually create view/layout/app.php
php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Appzcoder\CrudGenerator\CrudGeneratorServiceProvider"
When I run this command
php artisan generate:model Post
it generates the Post.php at app/Post.php and not in model. What I am doing wrong?
You can force the path by adding path option
Try this
php artisan generate:model Post --path=app/models
The reason it is placing new file in app directory is because you must have edited the path in your config file.
