I have to display a logo in every page of a generated PDF. Though it works fine in the local system, it throws following exception in the server:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PDFlibException' with message 'Handle parameter or option of type 'image' has bad value 0' in /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/pdflib_adapter.cls.php:664 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/pdflib_adapter.cls.php(664): PDFlib->fit_image(0, 30, 746, 'boxsize={86 43}...') #1 /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/php_evaluator.cls.php(66) : eval()'d code(16): PDFLib_Adapter->image('http://rfqms.de...', 'jpg', 30, 3, 86.4, 43.2) #2 /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/php_evaluator.cls.php(66): eval() #3 /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/php_evaluator.cls.php(70): PHP_Evaluator->evaluate('??//$base_img_u...') #4 /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/renderer.cls.php(180): PHP_Evaluator->render(O in /var/www/dev/subdomains/rfqms/httpdocs/sprintnineteen/system/plugins/dompdf/include/pdflib_adapter.cls.php on line 664
After some analysis I found that in local it uses cpdf_adapter.cls.php for image, where as in server it uses pdflib_adapter.cls.php for image.
I even tried for all the types of images according to:
pdfLib tutorial Version 8.0.2 ---page # 166--- Inline images are only supported for imagetype=ccitt, jpeg, and raw. For other image types the inline option will silently be ignored.
So, what is the problem that leads to this exception?
some additional info:
local PHP Version 5.3.0
server PHP Version 5.2.16
dompdf version 0.5.2
DOMPDF_TEMP_DIR has r/w/e permission
local machine is windows vista
server machine is linux
There was a bug in dompdf at some point related to adding images via PDFLib. I'm not sure if the issue has been addressed yet or not for the upcoming 0.6.0 release. There is a relevant thread on the support group. Take a look at my last post there for information on a work-around if you want to continue using PDFLib.
The other option would be to tell dompdf to use CPDF. In dompdf_config.inc.php set DOMPDF_PDF_BACKEND to "CPDF" instead of "auto" or "PDFLib".

I am working on installing rethinkdb on my server, which is a CentOS 6.9 machine. I followed all the directions for a CentOS server as described here for CentOS 6. I got all the way to the command scl enable devtoolset-2 -- make but while building, on line 244 of 421, the line that reads build/release/obj/extproc/http_job.o I receive the error "CURLOPT_ACCEPT_ENCODING was not declared in this scope"
I don't know what this means or why the error is popping up, but I can't continue with the build process as long as that error is there.
I found an obscure article that mentions a fix for this particular error. If you go into the rethinkdb folder on the server, you can then navigate to src/extproc/http_job.cc and open that file in a text editor. You can then search for the function void set_default_opts and inside of that function is the line exc_setopt(curl_handle, CURLOPT_ACCEPT_ENCODING, "", "PROTOCOLS); If you just change CURLOPT_ACCEPT_ENCODING to `CURLOPT_ENCODING, you will be able to continue the build process. It worked for me.
I have built a Cordova-based Windows application. As soon as I add any plugin, the app starts crashing with the exception cordova/windows8/commandProxy not found.
Cordova version: 4.3.0
It seems that cordova/windows8/commandProxy is deprecated in Cordova 4.3.0.
I have replaced this statement in plugin file
require("cordova/windows8/commandProxy")
to
require("cordova/exec/proxy")
and it seems to work.
For example I changed line number 18 in PushPluginProxy.js from
require("cordova/windows8/commandProxy").add("PushPlugin", module.exports);
to
require("cordova/exec/proxy").add("PushPlugin", module.exports);
The name in the string varies depending on the plugin.
Alternatively, you can patch the plugin like in this pull request from the AppVersion plugin i.e.:
Change
require("cordova/windows8/commandProxy").add("AppVersion", AppVersionProxy);
to
cordova.commandProxy.add("AppVersion", AppVersionProxy);
So I downloaded and installed Microsoft Accelerator v2 to use ParallelArrays. I have referenced it in my project but when I try and execute the code from the module in a script file I get:
"The namespace 'ParallelArrays' is not defined
I have followed the instructions on this post:
Microsoft Accelerator library with Visual Studio F#
I've added a reference to the managed version "Microsoft.Accelerator.dll" to my F# project and then added the native "Accelerator.dll" as an item in my solution and set it's 'Copy To Output Directory' to Copy Always.
Still getting the FSI error and inline error in my script file on the '#load ...' line, however the solution builds fine, and no error in the module file.
Any ideas on what I'm missing? I'm sure it's something stupid.
Thanks,
Justin
UPDATE
I tried mydogisbox's advice, which got rid of the error above, but now when I run the code in the .fsx file I get this error instead:
--> Referenced 'F:\Work\GitHub\qf-sharp\qf-sharp\bin\Debug\Microsoft.Accelerator.dll' (file may be locked by F# Interactive process)
[Loading F:\Work\GitHub\qf-sharp\qf-sharp\MonteCarloGPU.fs]
error FS0192: internal error: F:\Work\GitHub\qf-sharp\qf-sharp\Accelerator.dll: bad cli header, rva 0
UPDATE 2
So the bad header error has dissapeared, but now I get this instead:
Microsoft.ParallelArrays.AcceleratorException: Failure to create a DirectX 9 device.
at Microsoft.ParallelArrays.ParallelArrays.ThrowNativeAcceleratorException()
at Microsoft.ParallelArrays.DX9Target..ctor()
at <StartupCode$FSI_0002>.$FSI_0002_MonteCarloGPU.main#() in F:\Work\GitHub\qf- sharp\qf-sharp\MonteCarloGPU.fs:line 14
Stopped due to error
I found this thread on MSDN however the answers proposed as fixes on that thread barely even relate to the question.

My Direct X version is 11, and I imagine that will suffice, however I tried installing DX9 however, it tells me that a newer version is detected therefore cant install.
There are special directives for referencing dlls from fsi. The #load directive loads the .fs file only. You need to use the #r directive to reference the file. You can either use the full path of the file or you can use #I to include the path to the file. More details here. Keep in mind that fsi is completely independent of your project, so all references in your project must be duplicated in fsi for it to access the same types.
I am using Facebook-Oauth. I am using windows 7 and i am trying to run it in my localserver. I am setting site-url :http://www.domain.com and canvas url : http://www.domain.com/ . I didn't make change any other change in settings in the facebook developer site.But whenever i am trying to run it in my localhost i am getting this error :
1.Message: Use of undefined constant CURLPROXY_HTTP - assumed 'CURLPROXY_HTTP'
2.Message: Use of undefined constant CURLAUTH_BASIC - assumed 'CURLAUTH_BASIC'
Both in
Filename: core/Loader.php
Line Number: 956
I have set the app id and app secrect key in the config file.
$config['facebook_app_id'] = '424824207643973';
$config['facebook_api_key'] = '424824207643973';
$config['facebook_secret_key'] = 'my-app-secretkey';
cURL is most likely not installed correctly or linked up to PHP. Windows does not come with cURL installed (another reason to switch to a *nix based system! but I digress) so you'll need the appropriate dll files to enable it, then link those in via your php.ini file.
With regards to your current error, please check for syntax errors and leave a comment on this answer and update your provided source, and I'll modify.
I'm trying to install Magento 1.11.1 EE from command line.
The installation crashes at some point throwing the following error:
ERROR: Error in file: "/app/code/core/Mage/Reports/data/reports_setup/data-install-1.6.0.0.php"
A page URL key for specified store already exists.
Looking at the source code I found that there are 3 scripts that are doing the same thing:
/app/code/core/Mage/Reports/sql/reports_setup/mysql4-install-0.7.1.php (initial script)
/app/code/core/Mage/Reports/sql/reports_setup/mysql4-upgrade-0.7.0-0.7.1.php ( ??? basically doing the same thing as the one above but with DROP TABLE IF EXISTS)
/app/code/core/Mage/Reports/data/reports_setup/data-install-1.6.0.0.php
The fix for this would be to remove (by patch of course) one of the scripts (preferably the last one) but I'm trying to understand if this is something that should be there or just a stupid mistake.
You can refere at the link below if you don't have the code opened:
