I have just installed the Parse framework.
However I get strange errors :
'PFPush' does not have a member named 'sendPushInBackground'
However this function IS in the header of Parse framework.
It seems that it doesn't recognize the function whenever it uses a BTTask. So I tried to add Bolts framework and FacebookSDK, only Bolt, only FacebookSDK but none of these helped me.
Do you have any idea ?
Thanks

I have used quickblox chat sdk in my old xamarin.forms project. I know that quickblox is not supporting xamarin now, but old sdk was working fine till now, but from last week I am getting this error.
Code:
var baseSesionResult = await Provider.QbProvider.GetBaseSession();
When I am calling QbProvider.GetBaseSession() it throws below error:
CONTENT: {"errors":{"base":["nonce is required"]}}
I have tried different methods available in sdk but none is working. Any one know how to fix this error?
This is Nikolay from QuickBlox support.
Please add "" symbols around nonce and timestamp values and check if the issue is resolved.
The same information is mentioned in our documentation: https://docs.quickblox.com/reference/authentication#create-session
We released a patch for authentication that improves validation according to our documentation.
Hence, the issue is caused by incorrect implementation in the application that is why the server has started showing errors for submitted requests.
I'm facing this issue while trying to call my bot via directline:
As you can see on the image below, my webapi bot project is using the version 5.2.4.0, but according to the log error, the Microsoft.Bot.Conector is trying to use an old version of it ?
Does anybody have a clue on how can I solve it ?
Adding a binding redirection as #Eric suggested worked fine.
I'm trying to upload a document into filenet via CEWS, but I'm getting this error:
“The unexpected exception is chained to this exception. Message was: com.filenet.apiimpl.core.GlobalIdentity incompatible with com.filenet.apiimpl.core.RepositoryIdentity“
Our Filenet people don't seem to know what that means. They've provided working code that basically looks the same as mine (but which I can't compile directly at the moment because it references parts of their project I don't have.)
So is the GlobalIdentity something I need to pass in through the web service? If so, how? If not, where is it configured?
Ok I finally spotted my mistake.
I had incorrectly set crt.TargetSpecification.classId to the name of the repository I was trying to use rather than to the correct classId.
Updated to Parse SDK 1.7.1 with Bolts 1.1.4 and using the new and latest Facebook SDK. Every time I login the user I get the following error:
[BFTask isFaulted]: unrecognized selector sent to instance error.
I'm able to login the user, the user's info is store in parse, but not sure how to resolve this exception.
Anyone else having this problem?
Had this problem also.
I copied the Parse Bolts framework to the project directory. Referencing didn't do it. Same for Parse FacebookutilsV4.
I had solved this problem just a minute ago.
You need update the latest FacebookSDK to avoid this error.
You can just download the latest SDK from facebook website.
However if you just drag the parse and facebook framework together into the project, maybe a 'duplicate' error will be reported.
So I recommend you to use CocoaPods to manage your thirdparty framework.
I have been facing this issue for a couple days now.
It seems that on a client site I am recieving the automation error. The line of code in where im 90% sure it is coming from is below:
Set oTemp = New cPMXMLParser
However in other functions I seen
Set m_oXml = CreateObject("PMXMLParser.cPMXMLParser")
Which is essentialy the same except for the binding.
Please note both works locally but not on client site I was thinking maybe a dependancy is missing but seems not ... does anyone have any information on this?
Would
Set m_oXml = CreateObject("PMXMLParser.cPMXMLParser")
Be the best option?
