I am developing a web application using Oracle ADF. I need to print a graph from our web application. For this am using show printable page behaviour. Actually I have a page with graph.
I added show Printable behaviour as menu as shown below
when I press Printable View button It is showing entire page as printable view as show below
But I need only graph should be show in printable view as below
How do I achieve this.?? Please help. Thanks in advance.

You can use rendered property on components to prevent printing them:
<af:outputText value="Do not Print Me" rendered="#{adfFacesContext.outputMode!= 'printable'}" id="ot11"/>

Why do Code Line Numbers Not Show in Inspector?

Is there a way to get numbers to show for the lines in the Inspector pane? I know Chrome does this by default, but I can't see an option for this in v. 109.0 of Firefox.
Looked in settings to get numbers to show.
You're probably mixing up things here. Both browsers provide two views to the source of your page.
Live DOM view
In Firefox this is called the Inspector, Chrome's name for it is Elements.
Those are accessed by right-clicking a page and choosing Inspect from the context menu or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C, for example.
And those don't have an option to show line numbers, as far as I know. The reason for that is that those panels show the current DOM structure of a page and not the HTML source.
That means, they show a parsed and interpreted version of the HTML source including any changes made to the structure afterwards. So, if you add an element to the structure via JavaScript, for example, those view reflect that change.
And an author doesn't gain much by seeing line numbers on such a dynamic view because they don't really refer to anything.
The use case for this view is to see and manipulate the current state of the page's DOM (Document Object Model).
HTML source view
Besides the live DOM view of a page both browsers do have a way to view the initial unchanged HTML source of a page. And those views also do show line numbers.
In both browsers this feature is accessible e.g. via the option View Page Source in the page's context menu or by pressing Ctrl+U.
Firefox:
Chrome:
The use case for this view is to see the original source of a website as it was sent from the server or loaded locally.

telerik report barcode control add blank page

I have a Telerik report that is working as expected. The report list items in several pages.
The report consist of several columns displaying items' fields.
Once I add a barcode control to the items' columns, the report begin to produce a blank page after every single page.
I am sure that the barcode control is behind this issue as once I remove the barcode control, things are back to normal.
Even If I add a textbox instead of barcode the report print as expected.
I have tried all the available features to get rid of the added blank page but could not succeed.
Please advise and many thanks
ps. I am using Telerik Reporting Q1 2016
I believe your issue is related to the barcode.
I have found that the field can grow and cause objects to move around when you don't want them.
I would put the barcode on to another report against the same data to see how wide the actual barcode is. This will help you get an idea as to what Telerik is doing and then come up with a game plan.

Can I add navigation arrows to PDF output in SSRS / Report Builder 3.0?

Somebody pulled the most random question on me today and I realized I'd never even considered it. What they wanted was my PDF rendering of an SSRS report to come standard with navigation arrows, i.e., previous page, next page. This started me looking at all the options that are available, which are actually kind of cool, and I was able to add on a table of contents, including bookmarks for a new number (e.g., if you're printing 5 invoices with 2-5 pages each into one long document, those will have the invoice number and you can jump to the beginning of that invoice), but I couldn't see anything about navigation links. In fact, most of what I've seen says that PDF's only can have navigation maps, i.e., the table of contents tab. So if anyone has any ideas on how I can do this, that would be great. I know it can be added after-the-fact with something like Blubeam, but that's not practical in this case.
As I mentioned in comments you can create a bookmark in each page. A bookmark can be added using the component DocumentMapLabel property almost all SSRS Report Items (Tablix, Textbox, Charts, etc) have.
If you don't have a title or a textbox at the very top of each page, add an empty textbox, be sure place them at the top of the page in order to each bookmark jumps to the beginning of the corresponding page.
Select the first textbox and press F4 to see the extended properties window, look for DocumentMapLabel and type Page 1.
In each page set the textbox DocumentMapLabel property to the corresponding page number.
When the report is exported to PDF, your PDF client shows the bookmark menu, containing a bookmark for each page. If you click on a bookmark it jumps to the related page.
This is how it looks in Adobe Acrobar Reader:
Let me know if this helps.

Designing and printing a receipt format in flex

I want to design a Receipt in flex.
Which control shall I use to display a table if I want to display some table cells without border? I also want to merge cells in the table just as we used to do in Excel.
Can anyone please give me the code to print the Receipt upon the button click?
I would probable use a List control with a customItemRenderer or a textArea with some fancy text formatting. As for giving you the code, I would be happy to provide input to code you have done or point you in the right direction but cant do your work for you. Best of luck.
Please prepare your receipt layout in flex and just check your layout is proper or not. if it proper then put one button and write down the printjob code on click event of the button. be sure at the time of click event please hide the button till printing is done (means upto send method called)
please refer PrintJob Class of ActionScript for your application to get receipt printing through your flex application.

Split page scrolling behaviour in HTML

So I have a page that is split into 2 columns. The left column there are expandable forms that are quite long to ask the user optional product preferences. On the right side of the page there is a much shorter, 'contact details' form.
The contact details form is mandatory while all the left product preferences forms are optional. The behaviour idea is that as the user scrolls down to complete the left column optional forms, the page will only scroll the left column - the contact details forms displayed in the right column stay in place beginning. I'm having trouble implementing this and I haven't found a solution yet or any examples of pages with this split column behaviour online.
Any advice / suggestions?
Thanks!
Depending on how involved your layout is, you can use css fixed positioning so that as the page scrolls down, your right column stays in the same place.
Sample.
You can put the contents of the longer (left) column in a container div, and make that div independently scrollable using the overflow attribute.
Here's a sample.
