How to obtain a test G Suite for Education account - google-classroom

I've been trying to follow the very sparse instructions from Google on how to set up a G Suite for Education domain to test an integration we're developing for Admin and Classroom. We tried applying, but there was no way to flag the application as a developer account for testing, so we were declined. I tried asking G Suite Support for help, but they know nothing about how to get a test account and pointed me here.
I have also tried contacting a G Suite for Education expert, but it's been over a week since they said they'd get back to me "shortly". There doesn't seem to be any other point of contact on the education or developer sites.

From the same link you've provided, notice the "note":
Get Classroom Test Accounts or Domains
Note: Standard Gmail accounts can access Classroom, so many use-cases can be tested without requesting any special resources like test accounts or domains. Please only request a test domain if you are attempting to test some behavior that only applies to G Suite users (for instance, special G Suite administrator functionality).

We went through the same thing. The short answer is that you have to know someone on the business side nowadays. You'll see other links, etc. on stackoverflow, and they sort of get you there, but really, you need your business folks to get a contact. They have limited bandwidth so will work only with promising companies.
If that's not you or if they can't get those contacts, you'll want to just keep buying domains every 30 days to get your sample account while you build it out.

Send automated mass, uniquely tailored messages to a list of participants (is it possible?)

My company wants to conduct a pilot to see if providing doctors with certain risk information about their patients would help them make better decisions. Before we build a full scale app, we just want to determine if the information is useful to doctors, it helps patients, and if generating the data and getting it to doctors is even feasible. Unfortunately, due to institutional data security and privacy rules, I have to use Microsoft Teams messaging to test this. Otherwise, I'd use Microsoft Access VBA, loop through a list of emails, and send the tailored information that way. However, because I won't be able to easily encrypt emails like this (and it prone to people forgetting - unless there's a way to set up encryption from MS Access VBA) I can't use MS Access/Outlook.
So bottom line, say I have a dataset with 20 emails/Teams contact information of doctors, along with unique medical information about 1 of their patients. Aside from copying and pasting the data into a message, and sending it in Microsoft Teams for each doctor, is this a more automated way to do this? Think of this as sort of a Microsoft Teams mail merge.
You can do it with Company communicator app template. Company Communicator is a custom Teams app that enables corporate teams to create and send messages intended for multiple teams or large number of employees over chat allowing organization to reach employees right where they collaborate. Please go through this sample.
Hope that answers your question!

YouTube API Quota Extension for research

I need an extension to my YouTube API quota allotment to conduct research for my dissertation. I have been trying to get an estimate of the available resources and costs for extensions for an NSF grant but have not been able to get in contact with a human for several weeks despite filing the quota extension form.
Currently, I've been trapped in a loop with the youtube API compliance team where they continuously ask me for the following info.
In order to proceed further, please provide us the following information:
Provide API Client link and demo credentials
Screenshots and/or video recording(s) that clearly demonstrates how your API Client and its users access and use the YouTube API Services.
Documents relating to your implementation, access and use of YouTube API Services.
I have attached the required responses mulitple times and still receive the same message. For the first I have attached my python code for accessing the API (the only usage of the service), the second I have attached the pictures of the terminal window and the data output, for the third I have attached the project summary, description, and data collection plan for the project plus the first paper I published using the limited quota on YouTube.
I've repeatedly asked to be connected with a human to go through their needs but have had no response. The project has received a great deal of interest in the Economics community and I am under a great deal of pressure to continue the work, it is very stressful for a graduate student to bear especially when barred by an automated response. Please help D:

Heroku declined payments. Support can't find the problem

I'm having a problem with payment procedure in heroku account(billing section).
I got verified first time successfully and in one month all charges of my card are giving an error: "Unable to verify your card. Please try later or contact your financial institution for help'".
I tried with 10 credit cards, all of which are from Mexico (and I triple checked all the info and I’m sure it’s correct). I also talked to my bank and there is no attempt of charging cards.
Heroku support can't help me out. This is their answer to my ticket "I truly wish I could be of more assistance, but unfortunately I do not have access to anything that would be able to make a difference here. I apologize for the poor experience."
Maybe someone had the same problem?
Thank you.
The answer is ... that noone can help me in Heroku.
Support of Heroku answered: "Unfortunately, the many layers of security make it impossible for us to further investigate. I find it frustrating myself, since my job is to try and help customers and in cases like this I'm told there's nothing I can do. I'm truly sorry for the poor experience here. The only choices are pretty much to use only Free Dynos and no add-ons except the free version of Heroku Postgres (and no custom domains), or to move to a different platform. I apologize that these are really the only choices".
So I'm moving to other platform. Lol
If that many cards are not working, one of the possibilities is that your user footprint (things that can compare your online activity to the other user profiles, like location, e-mail, credit card) could be triggering fraud prevention tools, which can happen if patterns are identified that are similar to ones used by spam or fraudulent accounts. It doesn't necessarily mean that your account is identified as fraudulent or spam, but it does mean that the virtual footprint is considered too risky to approve.

Using free google api plan for Bitrix24

recently my company started using Bitrix24 as an intranet portal. Our employees use google drive and calendar synchronization between their google accounts (private ones, not gsuite). Few days ago I received an email from google:
We have contacted Bitrix24 support, but they could not give us any specifics with regards to this email and pointed out to contact google. Free google plans do not really have helpdesk support and point to sites like stackoverflow for help.
We do not really know what to do in this situation, as we have very little knowledge about google developer console. One of us just used his account to set up a project and provide OAuth to sync google accounts with bitrix24.
Several months ago google started releasing security changes enacted to help ensure that users data is secure. Due to this all developers with applications running risky scopes must apply for application verification
The developer who has created this application, probably the same person who received that email must click the link and submit the application. Once your project is approved you will not have any more issues. I suggest you begin the process now as it may take sometime for you to compete the process.

Is it safe to add a user with a "technical" role in iTunes Connect for using test flight to send them a beta build?

I am trying to recruit some beta testers for an app of mine using Test Flight. None of the testers will be in house employees or anything like that- just some folks I know who would like to help test my app (I'm a hobbyist and don't have any employees anyways).
When I went to add somme users in ITC for test flight it made me assign them a role. The only role that made sense to me was "Technical". However, I am worried that assigning somebody I don't know well the technical role will allow them to make changes to my app descriptions, reject or submit binaries, and things like that.
Is that something I need to worry about? Is there a way to assign a user the role of JUST tester without giving them access to my apps via ITC?
Apple's documentation does not seem to explicitly state what users with various roles can do.
No, this isn't really safe, and it's not a good idea to give the 'Technical' role in iTunesConnect to someone you don't fully trust.
The iOS 8 TestFlight system has a way to setup external testers, see the "External testers" section on https://developer.apple.com/app-store/Testflight/
The downside is that your app has to go through the review team each time you make any major changes before it goes to external testers (hence if the tester is really a close part of your team it is still advantageous to add them as an internal tester by giving them the technical role). The reviews don't take as long as a normal App Store review.
Alternatives (that don't involve a review) are Crashlytics Beta Distribution (owned by Twitter) or HockeyApp (owned by Microsoft). There are other services too, or you can host IPAs on your own website (using the mechanism designed for enterprise apps) but generally doing this means you miss out on other features you get when using the more integrated solutions.
Short answer: no. It is not safe to add testers with technical role.
Long answer:
According to iTunes Connect, the user must have Admin or Tech.
After reading the comments, I will complete my answer with this.
There are Internal Testers and External Testers.
External Testers are not available as of yet (see https://developer.apple.com/app-store/Testflight/).
Only Internal Testers are allowed by now (which means, your testers WILL be able to change your apps).
Since you need the user to have minimum rights, you should add the user as Technical (the less risky, but still dangerous).
I see that there is a checkbox in iTC that lets you enable the Internal Tester role:
What permissions will the users have? Theoretically, they will only have access to the beta versions (but that is a guess, since I have not tried it yet). You could create an account for a fake internal tester and check that you can't modify apps with that role.
A technical users will have access to the 'My Apps' section of iTunes Connect. This means that they can change the description of an app in the app store, update prices and even remove an app from sale.
There is no way to have a user with just an 'internal tester' role. That's what external testers are for.
It is possible to grant someone access to test as an internal tester, but not have them be able to log into iTunes Connect.
Create an iTunes Connect User with the "Technical" role with an email address that they can receive. Then have them accept it with a different Apple ID.
As long as they cannot log into iTunes Connect with the email address you added as the "Technical" user, they cannot misbehave.
