Trigger API Call for incoming emails - power-automate

I need to set up a workflow that triggers an API call to an external URL when an email is received on my Outlook 365 inbox. This API call will contain data parsed from the sender email/content. Which connector should be used to do this?

You have to set up a workflow with at least or just two elements:
When a new email arrives trigger from Office 365 Outlook group
HTTP action to invoke your API

EWS Calendar Attendees

I am working with the Exchange Web Service and am able to retrieve calendar events using the FindItem function. I have the function returning the IDOnly and making an additional call to GetItem to get all the properties. I am able to get everything I need with the exception of Attendees who are outside of the firm.
For example, if my company has john#abc.com and joe#abc.com email accounts and I have a calendar item with both, the EWS API is correctly returning both those are attendees.
However, if I create an event with john#abc.com and johnsmithxxxxx#gmail.com, the gmail address does not get returned in the API response even though it shows up within Outlook. Is this by design or do I need to specify some additional parameter to have the EWS API return ALL attendees regardless if they have a mailbox on the exchange server or not?

Outlook API - Getting Webhook Notifications With Data

I've configured Outlook Webhook notifications according to the instructions here. And I now receive notifications when an email arrives to Outlook inbox.
I don't see any data regarding the E-Mail that was received.
For example, I expected the ResourceData to contain the senders mail, subject, etc.
What should I do to resolve the E-Mail metadata in the hook response?
Thanks!
ResourceData contains the Id property. Just use it to get the message.

Office365 Outlook REST API's for approval/rejection of messages by moderator

In a recent post (How to retrieve ItemAttachment contents from Office 365 REST API?) API mentioned to retrieve attachments from within an attached EML is in plans. Is such API already available?
In case of mail flow rule to send a message to a moderator. Approval mail is sent to an approver with the original mail attached as eml. Is there an API to approve/reject the message, similarly to the web buttons approve/reject?
Thank you very much.
We were also looking for an answer to (2), but even now, apparently this is not possible via the REST API. There's one SO link that has a powershell script that claims to do this - see Approve email message via exchange EWS API, however, I don't see a clean solution yet.

Delay emails sent and received through IMAP

I want to put emails the user receives in a sort of "review status" in my app and let users choose manually if they want them to be let through.
For this I need to filter network traffic to withhold emails receivef with the IMAP protocol from Outlook and send them some time afterward. And to the same for emails being sent.
Would this be possible to do on Outlook on Windows 7/8? Or would I be unable to make Outlook receive the mailing after I filter it out?
The Outlook object model doesn't provide anything for foltering emails.
Instead, you may consider handling the new email programmatically in the code handling the NewMailEx event which is fired when a new item is received in the Inbox. For example, you may develop a VBA macro for doing any customizations in Outlook programmatically. See Getting Started with VBA in Outlook 2010 for more information.

Activate tropo application via email

I'm trying to link Backback and Tropo to send reminders to groups.
Backpack can send reminders via email or SMS, and Tropo can receive messages via a custom SMS number; the problem is that Backback sends the SMS via email, and needs a provider. It can also be activated with a specific url and receives REST or JSON data.
Is there any way to activate a Tropo application using email or find out what provider setting I should use for Tropo?
ON TROPO:
Phone Numbers:
Voice & Messaging: (705) xxx-xxxx
Outbound Tokens:
Voice: ...
Messaging: ...
Tropo does not have an email gateway for receiving SMS. Applications that send SMS by email won't be able to send to Tropo.
One thing you could do is built a small catcher application that receives the REST call from backpack and then makes a REST call to Tropo to send the SMS. It would be sort of like a translator from Backpack's REST api to Tropo's.
