Swagger shows no operations defined when upgrading to SpringBoot3 - spring-boot

Question

Hello after updating to springboot version 3.0.0, swagger stops working.

I tried with simple controller which returns a string, but nothing works.

The issue appears when migrating from java 11 to java 17.Also i change the dependency from springdoc-openapi-ui to springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui
